The episode begins with everyone inquiring about Ranvijay’s trip. Ranvijay fabricates a story about a confidential deal. Vasundara reminds him that he told Joshi he went for personal reasons, emphasizing the promise he made to be a good son and husband, expressing her desire to see her true Ranvijay again. Sulekha chimes in, pointing out that Jaya has left the house and won’t just sit around crying for him. She suggests he should go find out why she left; the situation is about to get complicated. Ranvijay asks if Jaya mentioned anything. Rao Sahab encourages him to reach out to her and try to bring her back. Ranvijay apologizes for not returning in time and asks where she has gone. Vasundara informs him that Jaya is at Kaveri’s house and urges him to bring her back. He agrees and leaves, determined not to let this happen again.
Meanwhile, Vaiju is lost in thought about him and sheds tears. Jaya, too, cries as she embraces Kaveri. Aaji approaches Vaiju and reassures her not to be upset, telling her that she will see him once her exams are over and that he will come for her. She questions why Vaiju is crying as if he will never return. Vaiju goes to the temple and prays for Ranvijay, completing her fast upon seeing the moon. Jaya sits down to drink water and breaks her fast. Ranvijay ponders whether he can confide everything to Jaya when suddenly, he meets with an accident.
The next morning, Vaiju hears what she believes is Ranvijay’s voice and rushes to see him. She envisions him, and they share a hug. She expresses her inability to live without him, to which he responds that he can’t live without her either, but worries about Jaya’s feelings for him. Jaya heads to college, where she faints. Ranvijay arrives at Kaveri’s house and asks for Jaya, but Kaveri informs him he is too late. He explains that he had an accident and his bike was damaged, but she doesn’t believe him and closes the door. He calls out for Jaya in desperation.
Meanwhile, people attend to Jaya as she regains consciousness. Ranvijay argues with Kaveri, who insists he should leave. A lady brings Jaya back home, and Kaveri questions what happened. The lady explains that Jaya fainted at college, prompting Kaveri to accompany her. The doctor arrives to examine Jaya and advises keeping her stress levels low. Ranvijay pleads to speak with Jaya, but Kaveri refuses to let him in. When Jaya enters, she sends Kaveri away. Ranvijay speaks to Jaya, who is in tears. He acknowledges that he should have called her and explains about his accident, but Jaya suspects he’s hiding something from her and questions their distance. He urges her to come home, assuring her that everyone is waiting and that her happiness is important to him. Jaya hugs Ranvijay, crying, while he internally worries about Vaiju, questioning why he is so preoccupied with her. He gently pulls away from Jaya, and she asks what is wrong.
