Maati Se Bandhi Dor 19th September 2024 Written Update
The episode begins with Vaiju urging Jaya not to lose hope. They notice part of the bridge breaking. Vaiju encourages Jaya to stand up. Jaya, feeling defeated, tells Vaiju that she has no strength left and insists there’s no time, urging Vaiju to save herself. She pushes Vaiju away. Vaiju, in tears, asks how she can leave her behind, questioning Jaya’s trust in her. Vaiju reminds her how selfish she’s being, asking if she’s thought about Kaveri and their situation. They’ve already lost Aai and can’t bear to lose anyone else. Vaiju urges Jaya to show courage, reminding her that the whole family is praying for her and searching for her. She tells Jaya that Rana ji loves her more than anything, and she is his world. Vaiju pleads with Jaya not to be selfish and to keep fighting. Jaya thinks of Ranvijay. Meanwhile, Vasundara rushes to save the diya, which gets blown out. She becomes anxious. Vaiju tells Jaya to pull her leg up and pushes against the pillar. Together, they manage to move it. Vaiju tells Jaya to come along, pulling her away just in time. Vaiju reassures her, saying she promised nothing would happen to her. Suddenly, they see part of the bridge railing collapse, and Jaya screams.
Ranvijay arrives, shouting for Vaiju. Vaiju gets injured and falls unconscious. Ranvijay runs to her side, while Jaya, weakened, extends her hand toward him. He checks on Vaiju and carries her. Jaya starts fainting. Rao Sahab spots her and quickly calls for the rescue team. Vasundara relights the diya and prays to Bappa. Ragini arrives and informs her that Jaya has been found, and everything will be alright. They see Ranvijay carrying Vaiju. Sulekha silently observes, feeling that Ranvijay prioritized saving Vaiju over Jaya.
The doctor checks on Jaya and then moves to attend to Vaiju. Vasundara reassures everyone that things will be fine. When Jaya regains consciousness, she jokingly asks where the cake is, as everyone is standing around as if it’s her birthday. She declares she wants pineapple cake. Vasundara tenderly tells her that it’s like her birthday to them because she got a second chance at life today. Rao Sahab asks Jaya how she is feeling. She replies that she feels fine. Ranvijay holds her hand. Just then, Rohan announces that Vaiju has regained consciousness, and everyone rushes to see her. Sulekha, however, tells Ranvijay to stay with Jaya, pointing out that his wife is here and he should focus on her, not Vaiju. She asks if she said anything wrong. Ranvijay reassures her, saying that Jaya is his priority. Sulekha retorts that despite his words, he saved Vaiju and left Jaya behind, questioning why he made that choice.
