Maati Se Bandhi Dor 17th January 2025 Written Update
The episode begins with Ranvijay thinking that his friendship with Jaya is over now. He receives a call from Vasundara. She says she has made a mistake with him and has taken some tough decisions about Vaiju. She hopes he will support her this time. He asks what happened. She urges him to come home. He asks for more details. She tells him everything and complains about Vaiju. He leaves. Meanwhile, Vaiju is on her way. She decides not to call Ranvijay but then receives his call.
He asks if she knew Rohan’s truth. She says, “Listen to me.” He demands a simple answer, “Yes or no?” She says, “Yes.” He asks how she could hide the truth. She explains she did it to protect the family and asks him to listen. He scolds her. She tries to call him back, but he doesn’t answer. He stops the car upon seeing a crowd and approaches them. The men call out to Jaya, asking her to come out. He overhears that the bride went inside the building, and they are planning to demolish it. Ranvijay tells them to stop the explosion, but the man explains that the timer is already counting down, and they can’t control it. Ranvijay decides someone has to save her and rushes in.
Vaiju, on the other hand, thinks she can’t bear the fact that Ranvijay misunderstood her. Ranvijay runs to save Jaya. The man tells him that there are only 30 seconds left. Ranvijay calls out to the lady, urging her to come downstairs as the building is about to collapse. Jaya moves towards the terrace. Ranvijay follows her upstairs. Jaya recalls memories of Kunal. Ranvijay finally reaches her and shouts for her attention. The man announces there are only 30 seconds left. Ranvijay rushes to her, pulling her to safety just as the timer hits zero.
The man reveals that they manually stopped the explosion in time, and everyone is relieved. Ranvijay, still in shock, checks on Jaya. He asks her to open her eyes. He splashes water on her face. She regains consciousness and sees him but then faints again. He picks her up and takes her with him. Vaiju, at the bus depot, recalls Ranvijay and cries. She prepares to board the bus. Rao Sahab calls Ranvijay, admitting his wrongdoings, saying Vaiju shouldn’t be punished. Ranvijay responds that he supports his mother. Rao Sahab questions why he let Vaiju leave if he can stay in the house. Ranvijay asks if Aai made Vaiju leave, but Rao Sahab says he doesn’t know where she is. He adds that Vaiju needs Ranvijay and that he couldn’t do justice to his wife. Ranvijay thinks about scolding Vaiju and decides he must find her. He calls Vaiju, but her phone battery dies. Ranvijay is at a loss, wondering what to do since he can’t leave Jaya alone.
He goes to her, treating her wounds. Meanwhile, Vaiju continues to cry, thinking of him. She is about to board the bus when Rao Sahab stops her, asking her to come home. She refuses. He continues to plead with her. Ranvijay tells Jaya that he brought her to the guest house for her safety. She asks why he saved her. He responds that he couldn’t let her die, and they will face the challenges together. He tells her to rest now, and she can tell him everything when she wakes up. She says she’s scared. He reassures her, saying he’s here for her. She holds his hand as she falls asleep.
