Rakhi is sitting next to Preeta when Mahesh calls Rakhi to ask what has happened and why Preeta is sitting down. Rakhi admits that she and Karan made a big mistake. She explains that Karan and Preeta were talking in the kitchen when Karan started speaking to her as they used to, even calling Prithvi by his nickname. This caused Preeta to suffer a pressure in her head, and she became unconscious. The doctor came and scolded them both, saying that Preeta’s memory should come back naturally, and they had made a mistake. However, the doctor assured them that Preeta would recover. Mahesh asks where Karan is, and Rakhi tells him that he went to drop the doctor off. Just then, Karan returns, and Mahesh asks if he has lost his mind. He reminds Karan of the doctor’s warning that even the smallest thing could cause trouble. Rakhi pleads with Mahesh to calm down, but Mahesh insists that he is speaking to Karan and reveals that Preeta is like a daughter to him, and they cannot afford to lose her. He tells Karan that she is the heart of the family. Karan apologizes, assuring Mahesh that he will be more careful in the future. Mahesh warns them both not to try anything that could harm Preeta’s memory again, threatening not to forgive them if something happens to her. Mahesh stresses that they need to focus on how to bring Preeta’s memory back and pleads with them to avoid doing anything that would cause harm.

Just then, Preeta regains consciousness and asks why they are all arguing. She wonders if there’s been a fight. Mahesh responds, saying he was just joking, and the conversation got loud, which woke her up. Karan asks if Preeta is feeling okay and if something is wrong, but Preeta asks what happened, as she senses that things are not fine. Karan assures her that everything is fine. Preeta wonders why they are all there, asking about the Mehandi function, and what she is doing in the room. Rakhi explains that she came to call Preeta but found her asleep, so she requests that Preeta join them as there is a lot of work to be done. Preeta replies that she doesn’t remember how she ended up there or if she fell asleep. Mahesh encourages her to come with them, and Karan tells them to go ahead while he brings her.

Preeta suddenly remembers that she had fallen unconscious and recalls feeling a strange pressure in her head, which caused her to lose consciousness. She wonders why she keeps fainting and asks Karan not to tell anyone about what happened, as she doesn’t want to worry everyone. She insists that they enjoy the functions, and no one should be concerned about her. Preeta tells Karan to hurry since it’s already late. Karan reflects on how much Preeta cares for the family, even in her condition, and how the family has always been there for her. He recalls when Kavya promised to stay with her mother, and Palki said that only Karan could bring Preeta back to life. Karan is aware of Preeta’s condition and remembers how she once said she was married. He thinks about the house, how it belongs to him, and the karmic connection Preeta has with his family. Karan reflects on the precious moments Preeta has shared with the family and how they have always supported each other. He prays to Bhagwan, asking for Preeta to regain her memories. Karan, deeply emotional, pleads with Bhagwan, wipes away his tears, and walks out of the room.

Meanwhile, Nidhi and Arohi are searching through the store room when Nidhi discovers some old photos. She excitedly shows them to Arohi, saying they can use these to help Preeta remember her past. Nidhi believes that when Preeta sees these photos, she will recall her life with Karan and realize she is Preeta Karan Luthra. Afterward, she plans to send Preeta into a coma so that they can regain everything.

Kritika asks the group to listen and wonders what kind of Mehandi function this is without songs and fun. Karan and Rakhi agree with her. Kritika suggests that since the men are just standing around, they should be given a chance to prove themselves by playing the drums. Mahesh questions Kritika’s idea, asking if she is not well, as it’s unusual for the boys to play the drums. Karan agrees with Mahesh, saying the boys would look strange playing them, as it’s not really their thing. Rajveer comments that drums are for girls and that boys are meant to race and fight, so he suggests they should not be asked to do something like this. Preeta steps in and asks since when has this kind of difference existed in their house. She points out that girls can do all the things boys can do, including playing the drums. Karan asks Preeta what she is talking about, wondering where the boys should play the drums, and if they don’t do it properly, the girls will mock them. Rakhi says she is sure they will look great. Preeta agrees, saying she will enjoy playing the drums, and even Bani Dadi mentions that the men have a lot of attitude. Bani Dadi then tells Preeta to go and get the Mehandi applied.

Nidhi, hearing this, says that she also wants to get the Mehandi applied, which surprises everyone. Preeta agrees that Nidhi should get the Mehandi applied before her. Shaurya, however, expresses concern about the chemical in the Mehandi cone. He asks the person how long it would take for the chemical to show its effects.
