Kumkum Bhagya 6th January 2025 Written Episode Update

The episode starts with Monisha calling Dushyant, but he doesn’t pick her call. She then tries calling Deepika, but even she doesn’t pick up. Monisha wonders why neither of them is answering. She tries calling Dushyant again, and this time, he picks up. Monisha says she needs to meet him immediately. RV walks in on Jaswant, who is on a call. Jaswant says he will talk to RV after finishing the call. RV asks what’s wrong. Jaswant replies that RV took a big risk by not attending the meeting. RV explains that he had gone to the airport, prioritizing work, but then decided against it when she refused to let him go. When he returned home, she was angry at Diya for the situation. Jaswant smiles and says she has every right to be upset. He adds that he’ll talk to the client. RV says he won’t let the loss happen. Jaswant reassures him that no loss can occur because RV is good. RV asks Jaswant not to be kind to Khushi, as he saw him speaking with her. Jaswant says he was just being himself and suggests that they leave the past behind. He encourages RV to move on in life because they only have one life, and if they’re stuck in the past, they won’t be able to enjoy it. RV responds that forgetting isn’t easy, and he can’t move on.

Poorvi sees Khushi and says, “You’re here.” Khushi explains that she’s been here for a while but left when RV and Poorvi weren’t around. She tells Poorvi that RV saved her life, and she’ll forever be indebted to him. She adds that RV saved her today and tells Poorvi about the incident. Poorvi asks if Khushi is alright. Khushi reassures her to take care of herself and stay happy. Khushi then receives a call from Armaan and says she’ll come. Poorvi invites her to come back tomorrow to chat, and Khushi promises to return.

Deepika calls Monisha and wonders what she will say when questioned. Khushi walks in, and Deepika sarcastically remarks that a cat can cross her path, but not Khushi. Khushi calmly responds that she understands Deepika’s frustration and urges her to forget the past. She explains that her younger sister is married here, loves everyone, and is loved in return. Khushi suggests they move past everything. Deepika retorts, mentioning Khushi’s sister, and brings up the time when Monisha and RV celebrated their love anniversary while the bomb incident occurred. She tells Khushi that she shared this with her so Khushi wouldn’t misunderstand and dismisses her. Khushi walks away.

Dushyant gets angry at Monisha, realizing her schemes and manipulations. He asks why she hired Nethra. Monisha explains that RV was changing in front of her, and she had to act. She fears that if her plans are exposed, RV will throw her out of his life and the media will tarnish their reputation. Dushyant tells her that if she had confided in him, he could’ve handled it in two minutes, making RV’s family bend before him and ensuring she marries RV. Monisha asks why Dushyant doesn’t trust Nethra. Dushyant responds that Nethra is untrustworthy and could do anything for money. Monisha shares that a constable had informed her about Nethra’s visit to meet Poorvi, though the inspector prevented it because the meeting time was over. Dushyant tells her not to give Nethra any money and informs her that Nethra will soon be released on bail. Monisha asks who could arrange her bail, and Dushyant speculates that Poorvi might benefit from it.

RV is on a call, while Poorvi imagines herself throwing his files in the air, daydreaming about spending time with him. RV interrupts her daydream by asking what happened. Poorvi smiles and says everything is fine. RV leaves.

Monisha says she has to stop Nethra. Dushyant tells her that she’s not thinking clearly and advises her to deal with Poorvi, the real root of the issue, instead of focusing on Nethra. He says everything was going smoothly until Poorvi ruined the plan. Monisha admits Poorvi ruined everything. Dushyant suggests they trap Poorvi in an even bigger problem, one that will lead to her arrest by the police and cause her family to disown her. Monisha, thrilled by the plan, hugs him, grateful for his help. Dushyant makes a call to someone, instructing them to gather the schedules of everyone in RV’s house.

Poorvi asks RV why he smiled and left. He asks her if she wants the truth, and she says yes. He gently touches her cheek and asks her what she thinks he would do. She says he wants to fix her hair. He responds that he has wanted to do it for a long time and asks if he can finally do it now, seeing her happy. She agrees and closes her eyes, while he does the same. “Kumkum Bhagya” plays in the background…
