Kumkum Bhagya 16th January 2025 Written Episode Update
The episode begins with a nurse calling Purvi to confirm if the injections for RV have arrived. Purvi reassures her, mentioning they are beside RV’s bed and that she will reach home on time. The nurse agrees. Meanwhile, RV and Yug return home, and Deepika informs RV that Harleen is calling for him, prompting RV to head to Harleen’s room. Monisha approaches Deepika and learns that Neha hasn’t arrived, feeling a sense of relief. Later, Dushyant calls Monisha, telling her that his man saw Neha being rescued by a girl, likely Purvi based on his description. Dushyant cautions Monisha to be careful, suspecting Purvi may have a recording. Monisha agrees to stay alert.
At RV’s house, the nurse asks Deepika and Monisha about RV’s whereabouts. Monisha leads the nurse to RV’s room but seems distracted and later heads to her room. Purvi then approaches Monisha, requesting her assistance with RV. Monisha asks what kind of help is needed. Meanwhile, Dushyant and his aide find Neha at a bus stop. They frame her by forcing her to stab Dushyant’s man with a knife. The man alerts nearby cops, who arrest Neha, while Dushyant pretends to rush his injured accomplice to the hospital.
Back at the house, Purvi asks Monisha to stay with the nurse while she attends to some kitchen work. Monisha agrees. Taking advantage of the opportunity, Purvi searches Monisha’s room and discovers her bank passbook, revealing money transactions to Neha. Purvi highlights the details. Monisha catches Purvi with her passbook and confronts her. Purvi accuses Monisha of being behind the scheme against Neha and claims to have Neha’s confession on video. She declares that she will expose Monisha, using the transactions as additional evidence. Monisha insists that Purvi won’t succeed.
Vikrant asks Harleen if she’s alright, and Harleen reveals that someone tried to kill her, suggesting the accident was no accident. Harman, frustrated, comments on how he had to practically force Harleen to reveal the truth.
Back in Monisha’s room, Monisha burns the passbook, destroys Purvi’s phone, and taunts her. However, Purvi vows to retrieve the data and access Monisha’s transaction details online. Monisha pretends to beg Purvi not to expose her, stalling for time. At 9:30 pm, Monisha drops her act and orders Purvi to leave. As Purvi departs, determined to expose Monisha, Monisha internally declares that a new game has begun and she intends to win.
