Amruta tells Leela that they need to know more about her background, asking who she worked with before this gig. Leela responds that she was with an international agency. As she starts to leave, Nimi provokes her, saying she’s perfect for the role. “This girl beat herself up for a role, but I got beaten for real and even jailed that person,” Nimi adds. Amruta replies, “I hope that person gets punished.” Nimi continues, “My Bhabhi helped me become strong and fight him. I can do this role.” Shubh comments, “This girl has intensity for our role.” Harsh says, “You should hire Nimi, not Leela.” Leela insists, “I deserve this role. Nimi may have gotten beaten for real, but I beat myself up and even framed an innocent person. I acted in front of the police and got him arrested. My acting was so convincing that everyone believed he beat me up, but it was me framing him.” Amruta says, “Fine, if you’re telling the truth, then you’ll get the role.” Shubh records Leela’s confession. Amruta hands her a cheque, and Leela thanks her before leaving. Amruta hugs Nimi, expressing her gratitude. Harsh says, “Nimi was strong today.” Amruta responds, “We’ll show this video in court.” Priyanka’s goons arrive and claim they were sent to keep an eye on them. They demand the recording. Shubh tries to stop them, but they point a gun at Nimi. Amruta agrees to hand over the recording and gives them the memory card. The goons leave. Harsh wonders, “How will we save Virat now?”
The officer tells Virat that he will be jailed today. Virat replies, “I’m innocent, and I trust I’ll get justice. That girl lied, and I know you believe her, but she will be exposed because my wife is with me.” The officer says, “Your wife isn’t even here.” The media arrives and confronts him. Virat insists he didn’t do anything wrong.
Virat is brought to court. Priyanka arrives disguised as a reporter. The court hearing begins, and Virat waits for Amruta. The judge says, “We will start proceedings.” Leela’s lawyer claims, “Virat raped her, but now he will blame her character.” Virat responds, “We won’t do that. She was drunk, but I won’t attack her character because I am not like that. I know harassing a girl is wrong, and my father taught me that. I respect not only my wife but also my mother-in-law for life. My MIL taught me the value of marriage and respect. I would never disrespect my wife like that. I know I married her forcefully, and I regret that mistake. It was a sin, and I take responsibility for it. What I did with Amruta was wrong, and she doesn’t deserve that. I’ve made mistakes, and I’m accepting that, but I didn’t molest Leela. She is lying. I lost everything because someone double-crossed me, but I would never lose my honor like this. Leela took my cab, and I dropped her home because she was too drunk, and I was worried for her safety. I was just doing my duty.” The officer says, “We found out that Virat dropped Leela home when she was drunk. He even stopped the guard from taking her. No one came to Leela’s house after Virat dropped her, so all evidence points against him.” The judge is about to give a verdict when Amruta enters and says, “Wait a minute.” Everyone looks on.
