Ishika arrives at Virat’s house and starts directing her workers. Virat asks her what she is doing. Ishika replies that she has been hired to redesign the house by the owner. Dildar questions her sanity, while Deepika interjects that Nimi is the owner of the house and would never employ Ishika. Ishika clarifies that Nimi was the owner, but that is no longer the case. Virat, confused, asks what she means. Ishika says she will call the new owner. She then calls Priyanka, who arrives with her guards, shocking everyone. Priyanka declares, “This is my house now, and my lawyer can confirm it.” The group is bewildered. Priyanka instructs them to pack their bags and leave. Amruta tells her to stop the theatrics and just go. Virat threatens to call the police and report her for allegedly plotting to kidnap Nimi and Amruta. Priyanka, amused, says he is cute and tries to touch him, but he shrugs her off. He insists she leave before he contacts the authorities. Priyanka challenges him, asking if he has any proof against her; when he admits he does not, she tells him to stop with the threats. Amruta, sensing something amiss, asks why Priyanka claims ownership of the house. Priyanka acknowledges her intelligence and explains that she acquired the house thanks to Nimi, who gave it to her. Nimi questions why she would do such a thing. Priyanka asserts she has proof and instructs her lawyer to present it. He reveals the property papers to Virat, showing that Priyanka is now the owner. The group is taken aback to see Nimi’s signature on the documents. Ishika suggests they give everyone time to digest this information. Virat examines the papers and notes they seem authentic with Nimi’s signature. Nimi insists she did not sign those documents. Amruta speculates that it’s a new scheme of theirs. Virat decides to consult his lawyer for confirmation regarding the papers. Priyanka’s lawyer maintains that the documents are legitimate. Virat tells him to be quiet, insisting that this is their house and that Priyanka is lying. As he reaches to tear the papers, Ishika intervenes, warning him that it would be illegal. Nimi is distraught, asking how this could happen, insisting she never signed anything. Deepika reminds her that she signed the divorce papers. Nimi suddenly recalls signing those and realizes they swapped the documents. Priyanka, unfazed, says it does not matter since it bears Nimi’s signature, making the house hers now. Virat declares this is his house and that he will take care of her. He offers money, saying he’ll fetch his chequebook. Babita questions Priyanka about her motives, noting that she has already given her everything she desires. Priyanka replies that she simply likes the house, so she hopes they won’t mind her presence. Virat returns with his chequebook, offering her a cheque for 90 crores, stating it is double the house’s value, and tells her to leave. Priyanka responds that she would depart if the cheque held any real value. Confused, Virat asks what she means. Priyanka reveals that he can no longer afford 90 crores and can’t even give a lakh to anyone anymore. Everyone is taken aback by her words, and Amruta exits the scene. Babita tells Priyanka to be quiet. Priyanka tears up the cheque and claims Amruta has likely gone to pack her bags. Amruta reenters, holding Virat’s iPad, informing him that his bank account is empty. Virat, bewildered, wonders where the money went since they hadn’t transferred any amount to Rajiv. Babita admits she did it, explaining she believed Amruta was endangering Nimi’s life, so she transferred the money to Rajiv. Virat checks all his accounts, discovering they are all depleted. Priyanka taunts him, saying he has lost all value now. Virat insists he won’t allow her to take his house. He proposes selling shares to save it. Dildar counters that they cannot sell company shares, prompting Virat to suggest selling Babita’s shares instead. Priyanka urges Babita to tell them the truth, while Babita looks on, concerned.
