Rajiv ties Nimi up and surrounds her with hay and firecrackers. He claims she is unconscious, so she won’t see anything, but the firecrackers will bring him peace when he sees her in pain—and her family will witness it too. He declares himself Ravan, insisting that no one can save her from him. He instructs his goon to keep watch over her, saying he will hire a tempo to transport her. He adds that he wants Virat to kill her.
Babita approaches Virat, questioning what he’s doing to locate Nimi. She points out that he hasn’t transferred money to the kidnappers. Virat responds that it’s not just about money, as they might not release Nimi even after receiving it. Babita retorts that should they remain silent and let her die?
Rajiv meets with a trucker and hires a tempo. His goons fill the tempo with hay while hiding Nimi inside.
A neighbor asks Bhavani why she isn’t preparing for Ram Leela. Bhavani expresses her concern for Nimi. The neighbor scoffs, saying that if it were Amruta in Nimi’s place, Babita would be throwing a party. Bhavani insists she is not like her. The neighbor advises her to be strong and selfish for her kids; otherwise, her daughter may meet the same fate as her. The tempo arrives for Ram Leela, and Nimi is concealed inside.
Babita questions Virat’s sudden focus on money. She accuses him of letting Amruta influence him to withhold funds from the kidnappers, implying that she believes Amruta is selfish and wants Rajiv to continue torturing Nimi while keeping the money for herself. Bhavani and Vandy enter, and Bhavani tells Amruta to leave the house, stating that she has had enough of the insults; they are not her family. Amruta asserts that Nimi is her family, and she cannot abandon them until Nimi returns. Bhavani retorts, questioning which mother she refers to—the one who curses others’ daughters or the one indifferent to others’ pain? She claims Babita is to blame for Nimi’s current predicament and is paying for her own deeds. Amruta demands that she stop.
Preparations for Ram Leela commence at the community center. Rajiv hides among the festivities, thinking today will be the day Nimi is burned. Priyanka calls him, inquiring if Virat has sent the money. He replies not yet, and she expresses her frustration, stating she wants the money, having already lost her revenge on Amruta. He agrees and ends the call.
Amruta tells Bhavani to stop blaming Babita, emphasizing that she is concerned for her daughter, just as Bhavani was for hers. Bhavani, somewhat surprised at her own words, states that she feels this way because Babita has caused her to feel so. When she was in pain for her daughter, Babita laughed at her. Bhavani concludes that while they can rescue their daughter with money, if Amruta were to be kidnapped again, Babita wouldn’t spare a penny for her. She asserts that Babita would let the kidnappers kill Amruta without hesitation. Amruta defends that Virat wouldn’t allow anything to happen to her and declares she won’t leave until Nimi is safe. Virat expresses to Bhavani that he also wishes for Amruta to find peace, but she knows how dedicated Amruta is. Bhavani requests that he send Amruta back to her, asserting she has no issues with Nimi and wants her to return and be happy. Virat affirms that he wants Amruta to be happy too. Bhavani doubts that Amruta can find happiness with him and asks if he can let her go. Virat looks contemplative.
