Jhanak 2nd December 2024 Written Episode
The episode starts with Anirudh and Jhanak bringing Brij to the hospital. Jhanak talks to Brij, while the doctor examines him. Anirudh watches the machines and signals Choton. He tells Jhanak to listen to him. He is visibly tense. Jhanak breaks down, saying, “I can’t live without my dad.” She urges Brij to open his eyes. Choton says, “Don’t say that, we are all here with you.” She asks the doctor, “What do you mean?” The doctor sadly responds, “I’m sorry, but there’s nothing we can do now.” She cries, saying, “This can’t be true.” The doctor confirms, “Your father is no longer with us.” Jhanak is in shock. She cries, saying, “This can’t happen.” Choton comforts her, saying, “Jhanak will stay with us.” Bablu says, “It will be a problem.” Choton replies, “We can’t leave her alone.” Jhanak sobs, accusing, “They have killed my dad.” Anirudh says, “Listen to me, I swear, I will get you justice. Whoever did this will not escape.” She asks, “Will this bring my dad back? He’s dead!” She continues to cry.
Vinayak accuses someone of trying to kill Jhanak several times. Shrishti responds, “It’s not proven.” He insists, “It is. The production boy has confessed everything. You will be punished, and I’m going to Jhanak.” He scolds her and says, “Have some regret for Brij.” He leaves. She says, “He tried to ruin my life, but today is a day of joy for me. Only one problem remains.” Lalon and Appu are at an event. The host calls Kajal to the stage. Kajal goes up and talks about Lalon and Appu. Appu smiles. Kajal praises Lalon.
Choton and Bablu console Jhanak, who says, “Dad broke our dreams. What will I do now? Where will I go?” Bablu says, “Come with us.” She refuses, “No, I won’t go there.” Anirudh states, “Your dad entrusted your care to me. What I say will be final.” Appu says, “Kajal is your friend.” Kajal continues to speak about Lalon’s life and defends him. Anirudh assures Jhanak, “Trust me, I will get you justice.” Choton suggests, “I will handle the hospital formalities, and then I’ll go to the police station. This is not a natural death. We may need to do a post-mortem.” Jhanak refuses, “No, my dad has always endured pain.” Anirudh explains, “It’s a process we have to follow. Don’t you want your dad to get justice?” Choton insists, “If you step back, the culprits will escape.” Bablu says, “We must do this.”
Anirudh urges Jhanak to come with him. She cries, saying, “I want to stay with my dad.” She hugs Brij. Kajal continues to praise Appu’s singing and her heart. Jhimli argues with Appu, and Anuradha asks her to leave. Anirudh tells Jhanak, “We can do the last rites after the post-mortem. It will take two days. We should go home.” Choton advises, “Stay strong.” Jhanak says, “I have no strength left.” He reassures her, “We’re all here for you.” She tells Anirudh, “Drop me home.” Bablu asks, “Are you sure you want to stay alone? We won’t let you stay alone.” She replies, “I can’t stay in your house.” He says, “Arshi’s mom is involved in this murder. I know Arshi and her family will create drama, but I will handle everything.” She sighs, saying, “I can’t handle any more storms.” He insists, “I’ll come with you to your house.” She says, “No.” He replies, “If you don’t come with us, I’ll come along anyway.” Arshi calls him.
She asks, “When will you come home?” He responds, “I’m not wasting time here. I’ll come soon.” Kajal says, “Appu is part of the Bose family, so Lalon is here at the event.” Appu denies it. Kajal explains, “Lalon didn’t want to participate but agreed to sing for the sake of money. He suffered a loss in his business but never asks anyone for help. He has self-respect. Appu is pure, and her other name is love.” The crowd claps. Appu asks Lalon, “Why are you crying?” He says, “Nothing, something went in my eye.” Appu says, “I’ll take away your pain and tears.” She holds his hand and smiles. Arshi argues with Anirudh on the phone, saying, “Jhanak can’t come here.” He replies, “I don’t have time to talk to you.” He ends the call. He turns to Jhanak, asking, “What happened?” Jhanak says, “They won’t harm me, but they’ll take away my loved ones. First, my mom, now my dad.” Choton assures her, “They want to kill you, but we won’t let anything happen to you.” Kajal tells Lalon, “It was tough to convince him.” Jhanak says, “I don’t want to go anywhere. I want to stay in my house with my dad’s memories.” Anirudh says, “I understand, but I’ll stay with you. You have no other choice.” She asks, “Who are you to force me?” Choton and Bablu explain, “We’re here for you.” Anirudh promises, “I’m with you. We’re with you.” Bablu and Choton leave sadly. Anirudh takes Jhanak’s hand, saying, “I will never leave your side.”
