Jhanak 29th October 2024 Written Episode
The episode begins with Pandit ji urging Jhanak to place her trust in Brijbhushan. She responds, saying she wants to leave the city. He insists that she must rise to the top and become the pride of this place. Brijbhushan adds that Saraswati has the talent to transform appearances, making it impossible for anyone to recognize her. Pandit ji comments that she wouldn’t want her loved ones to recognize her. Saraswati admits she doesn’t grasp everything, but she won’t ask; her Guru ji will enlighten her when the time is right. Brij affirms he will share everything, instructing them to prepare Jhanak so that her identity remains hidden. Anjana weeps for Jhanak, expressing disbelief that they couldn’t find her. Meenakshi reassures her that they tried their best, encouraging her to hold onto hope for Jhanak.
Anjana fears the worst since they haven’t even found Jhanak’s body, questioning if something terrible has happened to her. Meenakshi reassures her, saying if Jhanak were alive, she would have returned home. Anjana insists that Jhanak has too much self-respect to return if she is alive, especially with Aditya around. Jhanak declares she won’t need any disguises if she leaves this city. Pandit ji explains that they have heard her tragic story and decided to take revenge for Urvashi and her suffering; her enemy is in disguise, and they need to devise a plan to confront him, a plan that Brij has prepared, as he is her well-wisher. Brij encourages her to practice her dance sincerely and to give her best performance, assuring her that he believes in her. Jhanak nods in agreement.
Meanwhile, Bablu and Choton approach Anjana and Meenakshi. Bablu sobs, saying everything is finished. Choton tries to console him. Just then, Meenakshi receives a call from the commissioner. She answers and asks about Jhanak, then hangs up, sharing that the commissioner has some news. He had placed informers in the ashram, and one informed him about a new girl being brought to Kolkata for a dance program. Choton inquires how this relates to Jhanak. Meenakshi explains that there is a possibility. Choton recalls that the girl’s name is Nutan, finding an advertisement for her show in the newspaper, noting her face isn’t visible in the picture, yet it resembles someone. Meenakshi decides to arrange four tickets for them to attend. Bablu protests, saying he and Anjana don’t want to face heartbreak if it turns out to be someone else, but Anjana insists they should go to find out who this girl is. Choton hopes Nutan is indeed Jhanak.
Jhanak declares she won’t return to her previous life. Pandit ji expresses gratitude to Jhanak and Brij, urging them to fight for truth and seek revenge against their enemy. He promises to visit if he gets the chance and encourages them to proceed. Saraswati expresses her admiration for Brijbhushan’s affection towards Jhanak, sharing that she hasn’t witnessed her dance but believes she is talented, wishing her all the best. Jhanak smiles in response.
Tanuja and Bipasha arrive at Arshi’s place, inviting her to watch Nutan’s dance. Arshi declines, feeling angered by them. She laments that her mother is in jail, questioning why they want her to attend the dance program. Bipasha reassures her that Shubh has hired a top lawyer who will help get Shrishti released. Arshi expresses frustration, stating her father has forced her to stay in the house while Anirudh is in the guest house, feeling it’s a significant insult. Tanuja reminds her that Anirudh had feelings for Jhanak, who is now gone, and he needs time to cope with this loss. Shubh and Lal arrive to invite Arshi along, mentioning that everyone is attending the dance show, including Lalon, Appu, and Choton. Bipasha insists they shouldn’t accompany them.
Aditya and Anirudh are traveling together, with Aditya urging him to move on. Anirudh states he can’t remain there without Jhanak and plans to go abroad. Jhanak is on her way as well, and Pandit ji reassures her that nobody will recognize her. When she spots Anirudh in a nearby car, she exclaims that he is there. Aditya notices her too, thinking she might be the same girl headed to perform today. Tanuja tries to comfort Arshi, asserting that her love for Anirudh is why she should forgive him and give him another chance. Arshi counters that no one understands her feelings toward that random girl, who suddenly gained a significant sponsor, suggesting something is amiss. Everyone continues to urge Arshi to come along to the show.
Anirudh expresses his feelings, stating he doesn’t want to see anyone but Jhanak. Aditya encourages him to try to move on with Arshi, but Anirudh insists it’s impossible to pretend everything is normal. Arshi remarks that everyone would want fame as a performer, but the girl’s hidden identity raises suspicions. Shubh speculates it could be a promotional stunt. Lal praises Arshi for her insight. Arshi insists she wants to see this girl, questioning how someone could hide their identity so thoroughly. Anirudh and Jhanak arrive at the event venue, with Anirudh moving ahead of her.
