Jhanak 20th September 2024 Written Episode

The episode starts with Aditya and Anirudh arguing over Jhanak. The doctor enters, asking for someone to sign the bond. Anirudh steps up, saying, “I’ll sign, I’m Jhanak’s close relative.” The doctor mentions they’ll need Jhanak’s consent as well. Anirudh signs and says he’ll cover the fees. The doctor informs him that Aditya already paid. Anirudh, surprised, thanks Aditya, but Aditya retorts, “I couldn’t wait for you. I had to make the payment.” Anirudh insists on repaying him, but Aditya declines. Anirudh, frustrated, says, “It’s my responsibility,” and walks away to see Jhanak.

Meanwhile, at home, Arshi is packing her bags, determined to leave. Dadi asks where she’s going. Arshi declares, “I want to stay at my house. Mom and Dad are coming.” Tanuja and Lal try to reason with her, telling her to wait until Anirudh’s father returns from Delhi. But Arshi refuses, saying Anirudh no longer values her. Shrishti and Vinayak arrive, and Shrishti demands they call Anirudh, adding, “If he’s not here, we’re taking Arshi with us.” Dadi reminds them this is Arshi’s home, her *sasural*. Shrishti, growing angry, retorts, “Her husband abandoned her. How is this still her home?”

Back at the hospital, Anirudh is eager to see Jhanak before her operation. The nurse allows him a brief visit. As he approaches, his thoughts race: *I thought nothing was left between us, but now I realize how important you are to me. I couldn’t leave you alone in this.* When they finally see each other, emotions run high. The song *Phir Le Aaya Dil* plays in the background. Anirudh apologizes for all the hurt he’s caused, but Jhanak simply says, “I didn’t want you to come here. I just needed to inform you.” Anirudh, feeling guilty, says he couldn’t stay away, not knowing her condition.

Back at the house, Shrishti continues arguing with Bablu and others, saying, “Jhanak is playing a game to trap Anirudh.” Lal adds fuel to the fire, saying, “Anirudh must have left under some pretense. He would never leave Arshi for Jhanak.” Shrishti claims Jhanak’s pregnancy was a lie, accusing her of using a tumor as an excuse to manipulate the situation.

At the hospital, Jhanak, lying in her hospital bed, tells Anirudh, “I don’t know if I’ll come out of this alive, but I want to clear the air. I forgive you for everything, for questioning my character and accusing me of an affair. If this life ends, so will the insult. I want you to stay happy with Arshi.” Anirudh, feeling torn, replies, “You don’t understand what I’ve been going through.” Jhanak dismisses his feelings, saying, “I’ve already seen everything.” Anirudh tries to explain, “What you see and what’s inside are different. I signed the bond for your operation. Aditya paid the fees, but I’ll pay him back. Why would anyone else pay for my wife’s surgery?” Jhanak looks at him, realizing the depth of his words.

Back at the house, Lal continues stirring trouble, claiming that Anirudh has been deceived by Jhanak. Shrishti adds, “This tumor story is just a trick, another way to manipulate Anirudh.” Bipasha tries to defend Jhanak, but the argument grows louder.

The nurse interrupts Anirudh and Jhanak, saying their time is up. Anirudh, still holding Jhanak’s hand, says, “I’m sorry for everything. I’m here, and I’ll be downstairs. Please be strong. Everything will be fine.” Jhanak, with tears in her eyes, tells him to go home. He insists, “When you wake up, look at my face first. Don’t be scared. I’m right here.”
