Jhanak 19th October 2024 Written Episode
The episode begins with Anirudh, Aditya, and Choton arriving at Shrishti’s house with the police. They accuse Shrishti of wrongdoing. Shrishti defends herself, but Vinayak arrives and introduces himself. The Commissioner informs them that, despite Vinayak’s reputation as a prominent scientist, Shrishti is a suspect in Jhanak’s murder case. Anirudh insists that they are the ones responsible for Jhanak’s death. Arshi protests, saying, “Shut up! Do you really think we killed her?” She speaks negatively about Jhanak, prompting a warning from the Commissioner. Arshi argues that it’s unfair to blame her, explaining that she had plans to leave the country with her husband, who fell ill, leading to their trip being postponed. Jhanak took care of him, and she believes that this was used against her. Choton chimes in, questioning why she left him, and Anirudh states that he was the one who asked Arshi to look after him. Arshi insists she is only stating facts.
The inspector interrupts, asking when Arshi last met Jhanak. She replies it was at home, just before Jhanak’s shoot. He then questions Shrishti about her connection to Tejas. Shrishti explains that Tejas lives in her family home in Srinagar, and nothing more. She denies any wrongdoing, claiming that Tejas was interested in Jhanak and that he was going to marry her. Anirudh interrupts, explaining that the marriage did not happen because he saved Jhanak with the help of the Srinagar police, as Tejas had tried to harm her. He pleads for justice, crying for Jhanak, who has been killed. The Commissioner assures them that he will pursue the case thoroughly. Vinayak expresses his desire for the case to be resolved. Choton warns Shrishti, while Anirudh laments that Arshi has ruined his life. He shares his feelings for Jhanak, crying over the loss. Aditya acknowledges their shared sorrow and assures Anirudh that the truth will emerge soon. The Commissioner believes the case could be solved within a week, and they all depart. Tension rises between Vinayak and Shrishti as they argue. She insists she had nothing to do with Jhanak’s death and asks for his support instead of insults. He accuses her of wrongdoing towards Jhanak, expressing his anger and alleging that she and Brij were responsible for Urvashi’s suffering. Shrishti defends herself, stating that Brij never acknowledged Jhanak as his daughter. Vinayak accuses her of murder, which she vehemently denies.
Bipasha mentions that Arshi just called, crying, and that Anirudh took the police to her house, where they suspect Shrishti. Tanuja expresses her worry. Vinayak states that the truth will come to light. Shrishti insists she has no time to waste and needs to consult a lawyer. Arshi arrives, asking Shrishti to accompany her. Shubh calls Vinayak, inquiring about Shrishti. Vinayak hands the phone to her, and Shubh apologizes for everything that has happened. Shrishti tells him to prepare Anirudh for the consequences. Shubh requests that she come and talk to them, assuring her that he does not support Anirudh.
Shrishti agrees to visit them, while Vinayak remains angry. Meanwhile, Appu speaks with Anuradha, who urges her to eat. Appu, however, is focused on the news and suddenly shouts, “Jhanak!” She urges Anuradha to look at the news, and Anuradha is taken aback. Appu asks what is wrong with her.
As Shrishti and Arshi return home, Arshi complains that Anirudh has insulted their mother and filed a case against them. Shubh says he will ask Anirudh to withdraw the case. Arshi questions Anjana about Lalon’s motives, wondering why he sent the police to their house. Anjana is confused and asks why he would do that. Arshi makes a taunt, and Anjana replies that Bablu has already decided to leave the house. Tanuja suggests it would be better for them to leave as well. Bipasha and Anjana argue, and Anjana scolds Lal for his silence. Shubh defends Lal, saying he is respectful since elders are speaking. Anjana asserts that Bipasha and Arshi lack manners. Shrishti tells Arshi that they should leave, as they are constantly insulted. She accuses Anirudh of troubling them, blaming Lalon for provoking the police against them. At the ashram, Pandit reminds Jhanak of her innocence, assuring her that she will have a family and a husband someday, as Jhanak looks on.
