Jhanak 17th November 2024 Written Episode

The episode begins with Vinayak saying that the girl has returned and resumed her life as before, with her husband realizing that she doesn’t truly love him, but only his money and status. Despite this, their relationship remained intact because the husband didn’t want to break the bond. During that year, she was with her first husband, whom she truly loved. Shrishti asks what this story is, asking what he’s saying. Vinayak tells her to let the story finish. He explains that the girl didn’t want to reveal her second marriage and child to her husband. She was scared her first husband would come back to her second husband’s house. She pretended to love her first husband and carried his child. She then disappeared him with the help of his twin brother, who gained all the status, money, and fame. The first husband was made to vanish, and the girl was relieved. She returned to her second husband. Everyone listens in confusion. Vinayak continues, explaining that the girl left her child behind, and her younger sister took responsibility for the child. The younger sister was a talented dancer and was also in love with the man but didn’t want to break her sister’s family. The younger girl grew up and eventually met her family. Vinayak goes on to share the story of Arshi, Jhanak, and Anirudh. He says that everyone tried to kill Jhanak, but they failed. Mrinalini realizes he’s talking about Jhanak. Choton asks who that woman is. Mrinalini replies, “It’s Shrishti.” He asks, “What, she has two children?” Arshi asks what’s going on. Shrishti says Vinayak has lost his mind.

Anirudh starts to understand everything. Vinayak says the story isn’t over yet. They tried to kill the girl, but some Sadhus saved her and took her to an ashram where she met her father. Her father’s friend, a doctor, saved her, and they named her Nutan. Everyone is stunned.

Anirudh looks at Jhanak. Shrishti shouts at Vinayak to stop. Vinayak tells her to shut up. He tells Shrishti that he has given her the greatest gift of her life today. Tanuja asks what he’s saying, as no one is able to understand. Vinayak explains that Arshi is his and Shrishti’s daughter, but Shrishti has one more daughter, Jhanak.

Vinayak reveals that Jhanak is Nutan. Everyone is shocked. Appu laughs and says she knew it—Nutan is Jhanak. Anjana stops her. Anirudh cries and hugs Jhanak. Bipasha asks what’s happening. Shubh asks Vinayak what he’s saying. Tanuja asks if Jhanak and Arshi are sisters, and if Jhanak is Shrishti’s daughter. Jhanak confirms, saying, “Yes, it’s the truth. Shrishti gave me birth, but I deny this identity. I am Urvashi’s daughter. I never met my father, I used to hate him, but then I met my dad, Pandit BrijBhushan, and he made me realize a father can do anything for his daughter.” Shrishti feels dizzy. Brij says that everything Vinayak said is true, and he is Shrishti’s husband. Arshi asks what he’s saying. Shrishti faints. Shubh rushes to get water. Vinayak says Arshi has to face the truth. Tanuja and Bipasha attend to Shrishti. Vinayak makes a declaration that no woman can live with two husbands. He says he has decided to divorce Shrishti. Arshi is shocked.

She pleads, “Please, Dad, no.” Vinayak replies that he knows she’s upset, but she has to face the truth. Jhanak is her sister, and Shrishti is her mother. He says, “I loved Shrishti a lot, but today, I hate her. She can do anything, even kill me. She has stolen everything, including her status, just to escape Jhanak’s talent.” Anirudh looks at Jhanak and says he knew she was fine. Arshi says that just because Jhanak has returned from the dead doesn’t mean she’ll come between them. She tells Jhanak, “You’ve found your father, you no longer need our support.” She then congratulates Jhanak on her return but says they will never be related.

She asks Anirudh to come with her. He tells her to go if she wants, but he won’t leave. Brij thanks Vinayak for revealing the truth. He says, “You had the courage to speak the truth.” He then asks Jhanak to come with him. Anirudh holds Jhanak’s hand, asking her not to go. Arshi says, “She has her dad, let her go home.” Jhanak says, “Anirudh will be with you because I am letting this happen. You’ll always be indebted to me.” She cries and leaves.

At home, Jhanak talks to Brij, saying she has to accept her true identity, though it’s painful to be called Shrishti’s daughter. Brij reassures her, saying that Vinayak will never accept Shrishti, and Arshi will also reject her. Jhanak responds that Arshi will never see her as a sister.

Vinayak, Shrishti, and Arshi return home. Vinayak locks himself in his room. Shrishti pleads for him to open the door. Arshi asks, “Do I have to live with the truth that Jhanak is my sister?” Shrishti insists it’s a lie and that she needs to talk to Vinayak. He should have discussed it with her. Vinayak emerges from the room, telling her to go to court if she wants. He says he can prove the truth. Shrishti says she never left him. Vinayak responds, “You needed my money.” She asks, “Don’t I have money and status?” He says, “You needed it. You get little from your work and spend it all. You come to me for money. Tell me, what did you do for Arshi? You left her. Why? Because you wanted to push someone away. You got pregnant and came back only interested in Arshi’s dancing. I’ve handled Arshi’s schooling alone.” Shrishti asks why he’s asking her now. He replies, “I raised Arshi, not like you.” Arshi cries and says, “Enough. I remember my childhood. I felt it was normal, but my mom had no time for me because she was a big dancer.” She asks Vinayak, “Is everything you said true?” Vinayak says, “Do you think I am irresponsible enough to insult your mom with fake accusations?” Arshi replies, “I can’t accept this truth.”

Brij says the real battle will begin now, with the court case. He declares, “I won’t let Shrishti off the hook. She abandoned you. She got married twice. She wanted to take your place in Vinayak’s life. You are his legitimate child.” Shrishti denies this, claiming it’s all a plot by Brij and Jhanak to ruin Arshi and her life. She swears she will fight this. Arshi says Shrishti needs proof if she is telling the truth. She says, “I will find out the truth.” Vinayak says they have to bear this; they’ve been defamed. He says Shrishti has cheated him all her life, and he can’t stay with her. She was already married when she remarried. How could she forget her child, Jhanak? How could she leave her? He says, “You ruined Jhanak’s life. You wanted to kill her. If she became successful, your secret would come out.” She continues to deny it. He says, “No one can brainwash me. I’ve always loved you and ignored your mistakes, but now I will fight for the truth.” He scolds Shrishti and tells Arshi to go to Anirudh. Arshi asks, “Will I have respect in that house? Anirudh will fight for Jhanak’s justice. I’m sure of it.”

Brij says, “Arshi is your elder sister.” Jhanak cries and says, “I can’t handle this.” Anirudh knocks on the door, calling out to Jhanak. Brij says, “I knew Anirudh would come.” Jhanak says, “No, I don’t want to meet him. I won’t break someone’s family.” Brij replies, “Your life is already broken. You can’t break someone else’s. Anirudh has fought for you before. He’s always been there for you. He won’t leave without meeting you.” He opens the door. Anirudh enters and says, “I’m happy you’re back. Why did you leave me?” Jhanak pushes him away and asks, “Why did you come here at night?” Anirudh cries and says, “You’re asking me this?” She responds, “Nothing will change.”
