Jhanak 13th January 2025 Written Episode
The episode begins with Ketki asking Jhanak to handle the dung, despite Vihaan questioning the necessity of it. Jhanak takes on the task willingly, and Vihaan reflects on her hard work, hoping Ketki will eventually accept her. Although Vihaan considers learning more about Jhanak, he ultimately decides against it.
Meanwhile, Shubh confronts Anirudh for leaving Arshi in her fragile state. Anirudh defends his decision, stating that Arshi has no objections and urges others not to interfere in his life. Bipasha and Laal remind Anirudh that Arshi needs her husband’s support, especially during pregnancy, but he dismisses their concerns and highlights their past mistakes in family matters. Anjana rejects Laal’s involvement, leading to a heated exchange where old grievances resurface. Anirudh expresses his disappointment in his family, asserting that he respects Lalon for his care toward Apu, despite Lalon’s reputation as a goon.
Arshi interrupts the argument, assuring everyone she is fine and urging Anirudh to leave for his trip. Despite Tanuja’s protests, Arshi supports Anirudh’s decision and promises to manage on her own. Anirudh bids farewell, taking Anjana’s blessings, while Shubh laments being overlooked. Arshi wishes Anirudh success in his endeavors.
Elsewhere, Mimi talks about her newfound positivity with Rumi, stating that love has replaced hate in her life.
The next morning, Sejal informs Ketki that Vihaan does not share a room with Jhanak and suggests there is no love between them. Ketki dismisses this as nonsense but decides to investigate. She barges into Vihaan’s room, questioning him when she doesn’t find him there. Vihaan explains that he slept in another room because Ahaan’s frequent waking disturbed his sleep. Ketki orders Jhanak to sleep in the small room from now on to ensure Vihaan’s comfort. When Jhanak protests, Ketki insists she can handle Ahaan, recalling her experience raising grandchildren.
Ketki further demands that Jhanak wear a veil for the Muh Dikhai ceremony and learn to make ghee, asserting her authority. Sejal taunts Jhanak about having more time with Vihaan, leaving Jhanak feeling uneasy. Vihaan, feeling helpless, tells Jhanak he doesn’t know how to handle the situation. The episode ends with Jhanak silently bearing the weight of Ketki’s expectations and Vihaan’s passive stance.
