Jagriti 23rd November 2024 Written Episode Update
The episode begins with Jaggu dreaming about Gita, who appears in her dream and says that she has found the truth. She mentions that Nani Maa had been talking about society, their judgments, and your position. Gita tells her that she will handle everything, and the truth is that you are my mother. Jaggu replies, saying that she wanted to tell her that you are my mother, and I am your daughter. Gita says, “I have seen you as a star and never as close as this.” She continues, “I love you so much.” Bindi replies, “Yes, Jaggu, I love you too.” Bindi asks, “What are you saying?” Jaggu looks at Bindi sitting and seems confused.
Meanwhile, Akash is in the car on the way to school. He recalls telling Ganga to reveal the truth to Gita, but Ganga disconnected the call and said that it is Jagriti’s right to tell her the truth. If she doesn’t want to tell her, then it’s her decision, and if you tell her, it will disrespect Jagriti’s choice. The flashback ends. Akash thinks to himself that he will help Jagriti and convince her to reveal the truth to her mother. He asks the driver to stop the car.
Back with Bindi and Jagriti, Bindi gives Jaggu some water and asks, “What were you saying?” Jaggu mentions her dream about Maa. Bindi reassures her, saying she knows how much she loves her mother. She adds, “Who told you that the mother is the one who gives birth?” She says, “Devki Maiyya left Krishna because she was helpless, and you cannot call Gita your mother, as you are Chitta.” Bindi walks away. Akash arrives and tells Jaggu to come with him. Jaggu hesitates, saying that if Dadda sees him, he will be in trouble. Akash takes her to the jungle and insists she tell Gita aunty the truth. He promises that she will get whatever she wants if she does. He warns, “If you don’t want to tell her, I will.”
Bindi realizes that Jaggu is missing and wonders if she has gone to Gita’s house.
At Gita’s place, Sapna asks if Gita is thinking about the Chitta girl. She seems impressed by Jaggu for keeping a fast for her. Gita says it’s not like that. Sapna protests, saying only she should be allowed to keep a fast for her, as she is her Mamma. Gita tells her that she is just her Mamma and that Jagriti fasted out of her own will. She asks Sapna not to compare herself with anyone. Sujata advises Gita to think about Sapna and forget about Jaggu. Solanki suggests she focus on her career and Sapna, as Sapna will be affected. Amol adds that Sapna is already affected. He leaves, and Gita wonders why everyone wants her to forget Jaggu.
Solanki then asks Gita if she’s going to court. Gita confirms, saying yes.
Later, while Gita is traveling in the car, she hears Bindi calling for Jaggu. She asks the driver to stop and gets out. Gita approaches Bindi and asks why she wasn’t treated as a married woman yesterday. Jaggu explains that she cannot reveal the truth to her mother because if she does, Gita’s life will be ruined, and her reputation will be defamed. Jaggu reflects on how the mother who gave her happiness, justice, and the first 100 rupees of her earnings. “How can I harm her?” she wonders.
Gita asks, “What are you hiding from me?” Harish arrives and mocks, “What can poor people hide?” Gita looks at him and questions why Bindi doesn’t wear sindoor. Harish answers that Gita’s society doesn’t believe in their customs. He reveals that Bindi and he had a Gandharva marriage and offers to testify in court if Gita wants. Gita, stunned, starts to speak but Harish interrupts, telling her to leave them alone. Gita, looking troubled, gets in her car and drives off.
Elsewhere, Kalikant is promoting himself as a candidate for MLA. Madan Chaddha tells him that once he becomes an MLA, he will make him a minister. Kalikant talks about educating children for societal progress. Gita, passing by, stops the car. Kalikant asks if she’s okay. Gita responds that she will set up an inspection committee for it. Just then, Gita receives a call from Solanki informing her about a raid at her house. She rushes back immediately. Amol watches, smiling. The anti-corruption bureau tells Gita that they have a lead that she’s taken a bribe. Amol, playing his part, expresses disbelief, saying, “You love justice, how could you take a bribe?” Gita demands to know the source of the lead if they don’t find anything.
Meanwhile, Akash questions Jaggu about how she plans to pay for her schooling. They overhear Kalikant speaking about education during his rally. Akash, realizing he forgot about his father’s rally, thinks, “How could I forget that today is Papa’s rally?” Jaggu leads him away and says that even Sarkar is talking about how everyone has the right to study. Akash remarks that it’s just for publicity. He asks how Jaggu will raise the money to study. Jaggu responds that she will study hard so that one day, everyone will proudly say, “Chitta girl is the Judge Madam’s daughter.”
