Jagriti 22nd January 2025 Written Episode Update
The episode begins with Gita asking Jagriti to hoist the flag. They raise the flag and salute it. Jagriti cheers for the country. Sapna arrives and says she knew Jagriti would be here. Gita asks her what she is doing here. Sapna responds that she came to apologize for hurting her. Gita turns to Jaggu, who tells her to go. Gita walks over to Sapna. Sapna asks if those who have hurt her will apologize as well. Gita promises that the people who hurt her will apologize. Jhumpa tells Kachori that both Sapna and she have the same fate; both were manipulated by wrong people. Jaggu mentions that Dadda had said Baba is innocent and that Ballu Kaka shot Amol. Harish approaches Sapna and praises her mother’s courage, telling her that they support her. Sapna spits on his face, asking how he dares to think of taking her father’s place. Jaggu becomes angry and asks how she dares to insult his Baba. Sapna claims that he deserves to be your father, not mine. Bindi pulls Jaggu away, and Kachori leaves as well. Jaggu tells Bindi that she won’t leave her alone. Kachori approaches and asks if Jaggu feels bad. She says that no one can replace Baba, whether he is their father or not.
Gita asks Sapna what she has done, but Harish tells her to leave it, as Sapna is just a young girl. Sapna says she will come back when Gita leaves this dirty place. Gita asks how she will leave alone, but Kalindi arrives, saying that Sapna will go with her. Sapna follows Kalindi, though Gita asks her to stop.
In the car, Kalindi asks Sapna to play a game to relax her mind. Sapna says her mother always told her not to play games and focus on her studies. Kalindi encourages her to focus on the game, saying it’s Sapna’s favorite. Kalindi suggests that Sapna’s mother is wrong and starts to manipulate her against Gita. She tells Sapna that her KK uncle, Suraj, and she are all with her. She also tells Sapna that once she marries KK, she could be her mother too.
Gita sits sadly as Harish approaches with water. Gita begins to cry. Harish tells her to cry and not hold back the tears, saying that crying makes a person stronger. He reminds her that this is not the time to weaken but to become stronger. Gita says that Sapna is surrounded by the wrong people, who are using her for their own motives, and they must save her. Gita nods in agreement.
Kalindi tells Kalikant that she doesn’t want any daughter before marriage. Kalikant asks why she wants to become a mother to Gita’s daughter. Kalindi admits she enjoys it when Sapna troubles Gita. Kalikant observes that Sapna is a mix of Amol and Gita. Kalindi says that Gita is their common enemy, and they should break her from all sides so that she can only focus on handling herself. She adds that they couldn’t find a better tool than Sapna.
Jaggu tells Harish that she would have taught Sapna a lesson if he hadn’t stopped her. Harish asks her to think carefully, noting that Sapna witnessed her father’s murder and now believes him to be the murderer.
Gayatri laughs and praises Ganga for defeating Kalindi. Kalikant enters, reminding Ganga that he had removed her from her duties as his wife, but she still behaves like his wife. Gayatri claims she is his wife. Ganga stops Kalikant and tells him that it’s not her habit but her duty to fulfill the role of his wife. She questions why he would want to insult himself. Gayatri praises Ganga. Ganga asserts that Kalikant married her in front of everyone, making her both his wife and the mother of his two children. She explains that she has societal and religious rights over him and will perform her duties as his wife. Kalikant retorts that he has taken away her rights and she will never get them back because he does what he wants.
Akash records Kalindi’s conversation with her father. She tells him that Kalindi will become her puppet and is mad about her. Madam advises her to be careful, reminding her that Kalikant rules over Mokshgarh. Kalindi reassures her that she’s not ordinary, and she will make everyone turn against the Sarkar. She also asks Akash to bring a gift for her marriage. Akash is shocked as he records it.
Harish feeds Jaggu and tells her that people are manipulating Sapna against Gita. He advises her not to let them take Sapna away, or Gita’s heart will break. Jaggu vows to not let her mother’s heart break and promises to bring Sapna back. She says she will do something to make Kalindi leave the haveli. Harish asks how she plans to do that, and Jaggu reveals that she has made some new, good friends to make Kalindi leave for the city.
