Jagriti 17th January 2025 Written Episode Update
The episode begins with Jagriti advising Kalindi to keep her Nirjala fast with full devotion. She asks her to tie grass to her dupatta, with half inside and half outside. Kalindi does this and remarks how easy it is. Jagriti mentions that she will bring water in the pot and leaves. Kalindi goes live, informing her followers that she is fasting and will share all the details about it. She mentions she will light the Diya and that she can neither eat nor drink. Jagriti and Akash are watching her. Jagriti asks Jhunki to help them again. Jhunki approaches Kalindi, but Kalindi asks Jagriti to send her away. Jagriti and Akash tell Jhunki to leave, and she does. Kalindi breathes a sigh of relief. Akash tells Kalindi to see that Jhunki is taking her phone. Kalindi says her followers might have seen everything. She goes downstairs after Jhunki, asking Akash and Jagriti to take her phone from Jhunki. She exclaims she can’t take it anymore, serves herself juice, and drinks it. Kalikant arrives and is shocked. Gayatri also notices Kalindi drinking juice. Jagriti scolds Kalindi for not lighting the Diya and breaking her fast. Gayatri gets delighted to see Ganga playing the Shank and lighting the Diya. Kalindi is furious, while Akash and Jaggu smile.
The Senior Judge asks Gita what will happen if Jagriti finds the gun, and which lawyer will appeal to reopen the case. Gita responds that if Jagriti finds the gun, she will get justice for Harish and will become a lawyer from Judge, appealing in the court. Bindi, disguised as Vandevi, makes Ballu confess where he has hidden the gun and asks him to apply sindoor and water to the plant where it’s hidden. Ballu tells her where the gun is and promises to honor Vandevi by presenting sindoor and water to the plant. Gita prays to Ram Ji for Jagriti to find the gun. Bindi and Jaggu spot sindoor on the plant and dig, but they don’t find the gun. Jaggu wonders where the gun is. Bindi says they don’t know how to free Baba now. Gita glances at the file. Jaggu tells Bindi she will seek justice from Durjan. Bindi warns her that Dadda knows about their plan and that if anyone in the basti finds out, even Dadda’s reputation will be at risk. Jaggu questions who knew about it and who took the gun. She notices Kachori hiding and eavesdropping. Kachori runs to her hut and wakes up Ballu, telling him that Police will arrest him if he doesn’t wake up. Ballu wakes up, and Kachori reveals that she heard Bindi and Jaggu’s conversation and took the gun. She says she heard them and retrieved the gun. Ballu claims he will tell Dadda that Bindi and Jaggu insulted Vandevi. Champa questions what he will tell Dadda – that he shot Amol, not Harish, and urges him to go to Sarkar for help. Jaggu overhears and thinks she needs to go to the haveli before heading to court. Ballu leaves.
Harish is brought to court. Gita tells him that all the evidence points to his innocence and adds that Jaggu has found the gun, which will prove it. Harish responds that she is his daughter. Gita says she is waiting for Jaggu.
Jaggu and Akash are waiting for Ballu to arrive at the haveli. Ballu arrives with Singh and asks him to get forgiveness from Sarkar. Singh informs him that Sarkar won’t spare him. Ballu pulls out the gun and asks Singh to hold onto it. Akash recognizes the gun as the one they were looking for. Jaggu quickly comes up with a plan, making a decorative cloth fall on them and runs away with the gun. Singh and Ballu emerge from the cloth, looking for the gun. Jaggu runs when Kachori and Golu strike her with a rod, causing her to fall. They take the gun from her. Gita continues to wait for her. Jaggu demands to know from Kachori what she has done, saying it’s her last chance to save her father. Kachori replies that this is her last chance to save hers.
