Jagriti 11th January 2025 Written Episode Update
The episode begins with Sapna questioning Geeta why she isn’t punishing Harish immediately, as she also witnessed him killing Amol. The people in the court start gossiping about it. Geeta asks everyone to remain silent. The public prosecutor calls Sapna to the witness stand. Sapna agrees.
Sapna takes the stand and gives her statement, explaining that she was in deep sleep after drinking a chocolate milkshake. She says that when she woke up, she saw Harish fighting with Amol and killing him. The public prosecutor asks Sapna if Geeta was with her at the time. Sapna confirms.
The public prosecutor asks Geeta to come to the witness stand, as she is also a witness to the murder. Geeta agrees. She takes the stand, and the public prosecutor asks her if she had an affair with Harish in the past and had an illegitimate daughter named Jagriti. The people in the court gossip and comment on Geeta. Harish snaps out of his trance and thinks that he cannot let Geeta be humiliated. He stands up and tells Geeta that her testimony is no longer necessary, admitting that he killed Amol. Jagriti questions Harish about why he is admitting to a lie. Considering Harish’s confession, Geeta punishes him with a sentence of life imprisonment for 20 years. Geeta then leaves the courtroom.
Later, Geeta arrives at the police station. She tells Inspector Singh that she would like some privacy. Inspector Singh agrees and leaves with the other officers.
Geeta asks Harish why he admitted to the murder. Harish tells her that he made a mistake by not being with her seven years ago. He explains that he couldn’t let her face humiliation for a while just to prove his guilt. Harish insists that he couldn’t allow that to happen. Geeta expresses that, because of his confession, she has become a villain in Jagriti’s eyes. Harish reassures her that Jagriti will understand her and will not hold a misunderstanding against her. He tells Geeta not to worry about it, and she agrees.
Jagriti later confronts Harish, asking why he lied in court. Harish responds, explaining that in court, there must be evidence to prove one’s truth. Jagriti, upon hearing this, promises Harish that she will only visit him once she can prove his innocence.
Ballu celebrates with a dance to the sound of the dhol, rejoicing that Harish has gone to jail for the murder of Amol. Jagriti comments to Ballu about it.
Kalikant decides to take Kalindi out for a hunt. Gayatri notices Kalindi’s mini skirt and sleeveless top and expresses her concern, asking Kalikant what people will think if he takes Kalindi out dressed like that. Kalindi responds to her. Ganga tells Kalikant that he should consider what Gayatri said. Kalikant warns Ganga not to go against him, or he will put her Mangalsutra around another woman’s neck. Kalikant and Kalindi leave.
Akash approaches Jagriti, sharing his suspicion that Kalindi may be the one who stole evidence from Amol’s house, as Kalikant is now doing everything Kalindi tells him to. Akash also mentions that Ganga suspects Kalindi. He then tells Jagriti that Kalikant and Kalindi have gone to the jungle to hunt. Jagriti says that her Goddess will not approve of such hunting.
