Adrija’s haldi ceremony preparations take place at her house. Meghla, Mahua, and others are busy with the arrangements. Adrija appears happy. Ranbir arrives at Meghla’s house. Meghla and Chandan are shocked, while Mahua and Adrija seem pleased. Ranbir tells Chandan that he came to speak with Meghla. Mahua questions Ranbir, and he asks Meghla’s parents for permission to talk to her privately. Meghla questions Ranbir, but he remains firm in his decision and refuses to explain to Adrija. The entire family is taken aback. Mahua tries to persuade Ranbir to speak with Meghla in front of everyone, but he refuses her request. Ranbir then turns to Chandan, who says he has no objections if Meghla agrees. Mahua is shocked, while Adrija looks upset.
Ranbir asks Meghla if he can talk to her alone, but she refuses. He then threatens Meghla and tries to forcefully take her with him. Meghla remains determined, so Ranbir pleads with her. Adrija steps in and suggests that all three of them go outside, but Ranbir refuses. Adrija assumes Meghla must have done something wrong, prompting Ranbir to scold her. Ranbir denies her accusations and says someone wronged Meghla. Adrija is confused, while Mahua looks worried.
Ranbir again pleads with Meghla to go with him, but she firmly refuses, saying there is nothing to discuss between them. She asks Chandan to stop Ranbir, but Chandan suggests Meghla accompany Ranbir, as he believes Ranbir has valid reasons for his actions. Mahua, Adrija, and Meghla are all shocked. Mahua questions Chandan’s decision. She refuses to allow Ranbir and Meghla to speak privately and suggests that Adrija go with them. Adrija agrees, but Ranbir refuses to let her join them. He insists on speaking with Meghla alone, warning that if Adrija is sent with them, he will take Meghla somewhere she can never reach. He also adds that it would be disrespectful to Adrija. Everyone is stunned.
Meghla demands that Ranbir speak to her in front of everyone. She is confused by his behavior. Ranbir shouts at her to trust him just once, stating that not everything needs to be understood. Meghla again refuses, and Ranbir declares she made a mistake and forcibly takes her with him. The family is shocked. Mahua faces questions from their guests about Ranbir’s behavior. In the car, Meghla scolds Ranbir for putting her in such a situation. She expresses her frustration, saying it would have been better if she had already left for Bangalore. Ranbir responds that he is glad she didn’t. Meghla, upset, breaks down and says now she has to suffer because of his actions.
At Sen’s house, Adrija’s friends try to cheer her up, but she is distressed, fearing that her secret may be revealed. Sen’s neighbors decide to leave, but Mahua insists they stay. She takes Chandan inside, and Adrija follows them. Mahua questions Chandan’s decision, but Chandan defends himself, stating that he trusts Ranbir. Adrija attempts to turn Mahua against Meghla, but Chandan warns her. Meanwhile, in the car, Ranbir and Meghla engage in a heated argument.
