The episode begins with Mahua refusing to bless Meghla, leaving Meghla visibly distressed. Meghla asks her mother if she won’t bless her as well. Mahua coldly replies that she wants Meghla to go straight to her in-laws’ house from the gurdwara after the wedding. She adds that agreeing to have the wedding conducted with Bengali rituals was a mistake. Chandan intervenes, stating that if Mahua wants Meghla sent directly to her in-laws’ house, he will make sure it happens. Adrija hides her smirk while Meghla remains hurt.
At the Bajwa house, Ranbir warmly greets Abhin and expresses his happiness. Abhin mentions that Zoravar invited him to the wedding and praises Abhin’s singing talents, though Zoravar admits he doesn’t understand music. Abhin assures him that music doesn’t need to be understood to be appreciated. Zoravar then indirectly mocks both Meher and Abhin, but Harman quickly steps in, shifting the conversation. Meanwhile, Arjun shares how he met Abhin at a jewelry shop, and Zoravar seizes the opportunity to mockingly ask Abhin if he has found someone to marry. Abhin calmly responds that he was buying jewelry for Ranbir’s wife, but Zoravar continues his teasing, even suggesting Abhin represent him at the wedding. The family is taken aback by Zoravar’s remark, and Balveer scolds him, insisting that he should attend the ceremony himself. Amidst the tension, Abhin requests to speak privately with Meher, leaving her startled.
Elsewhere, Anurag and Diljot arrive at Meghla’s house. Anurag compliments Meghla on her appearance and asks for Mahua’s opinion, but Mahua responds with a sharp comment. Adrija pleads with Mahua to join the wedding, emphasizing that Meghla will soon be leaving the house. However, Mahua remains adamant, stating her belief that Ranbir will eventually send Meghla back, causing more distress within the family. Meghla is deeply hurt by her mother’s words, and Anurag rebukes Mahua for her insensitivity, although Mahua defends her position. Adrija, on the other hand, is satisfied with how things are unfolding.
Back at the Bajwa household, Abhin presents a gift to Meher in front of everyone, which leads to more taunts from Zoravar. Ranbir stands up for Meher, confronting Zoravar about his comments. Abhin uses the moment to explain that the gift is actually for Meghla, and Meher insists that he deliver it to her personally. Zoravar interrupts once again with more jabs, but Kamla diffuses the situation, directing attention to a pre-wedding ritual for Ranbir.
Meanwhile, Adrija continues to manipulate Mahua, urging her to participate in Meghla’s wedding, appealing to her maternal instincts. Reluctantly, Mahua agrees, though not without further criticism aimed at Meghla. Chandan grows upset by Mahua’s attitude, but Adrija manages to calm him down while sending Mahua off to prepare for the ceremony.
The wedding procession begins with Chandan instructing the guests to escort Meghla to the car. At the same time, Simran and Nimrit help Ranbir put on his sehra before the family departs for the gurdwara. Adrija, observing from the sidelines, vows to ruin Meghla’s happiness by the evening. Later, both families gather at the gurdwara, where Ranbir and Meghla perform the wedding rituals as instructed by the priest. Everyone is happy. Mahua watches, angered.
