Iss Ishq Ka Rabb Rakha 5th October 2024 Written Episode Update
The episode starts with Adrija talking to some girls. Mahua notices and says that she has made friends here as well. Meghla begins singing “Tu Jahaan…” Ranbir hears her and comes to see. He smiles as everyone claps for Meghla. Adrija feels jealous. Dadi remarks that Meghla would have recovered by now if they had gotten her remarried, and she could have had her own family. Simran responds by saying that how could she be happy with someone she doesn’t love? A family is not just about having people and a house, it’s about having a shared dream with the one you love. Tai ji agrees, saying Simran is right and adds that she feels bad for Diljot, wondering why he fell for a man the family would never accept. Dadi recalls how they got her admitted to a music school because she wanted to learn, but she ended up falling in love with that man who was becoming famous.
Ranbir says there is still a gift due from his side. Meghla thanks him but says there’s no need. The girls insist that Meghla sing for them again. Adrija interrupts, saying that Meghla didn’t come here to perform. Ranbir says he doesn’t mind. The girls plead, asking Meghla to sing once more. Meghla glances at Adrija and says maybe next time. Chandan encourages her, but Adrija interjects, saying it’s already late, and she wants to explore the city. Mahua agrees, saying they came here to explore. Ranbir compliments Meghla, saying the weather is nice and her voice is beautiful, thanking her for the experience. Tai ji says it was difficult for their father to accept the situation. Everyone sympathizes with Diljot’s predicament. Meher tearfully remarks that their love is strong. Chandan expresses his gratitude and asks for blessings for Meghla to progress. The man praises Meghla’s singing, requesting another song. Adrija insists they are getting late. Meghla agrees, saying she won’t sing again right now. Mahua thanks the man for appreciating Meghla’s singing and suggests that since they are staying there, they can have another singing session later.
Meanwhile, Harman starts coughing and asks for hot water. Meher brings it to him and offers to make him some kada. Harman declines the kada, instead asking her to make aloo parathas, saying he will feel better after eating them. Param chimes in, saying that Meher has already made them. Harman smiles, remarking that she always knows everything and asks how she knew he wasn’t feeling well. Meher replies that elders always know about their children’s condition and hands him the hot water, telling him to drink it. Harman says his mom has no time for him. Meher reminds him that his mom is a college principal with a lot of responsibilities, but assures him that she’s there for all the family work since she doesn’t have a job. She recalls how Zoravar set a condition at the time of their marriage that she wouldn’t take up a job. Harman responds by saying that his mother also faced a similar situation, but his dad supported her. Meher reflects that’s why she has an identity, but Zoravar had been clear from the start that she couldn’t work, leaving her unsure of what to do. Adrija then scolds Meghla.
