Bhagyashree asks Tara and Ridhi if breakfast is ready. Tara and Ridhi assure her that everything is done. Bhagyashree then inquires about Savi’s whereabouts. Rajat informs Bhagyashree that Savi hasn’t woken up yet and wasn’t feeling well since the previous day. Upon hearing this, Bhagyashree suggests calling a doctor, but Rajat assures her there’s no need, explaining that Savi just needs some rest. Bhagyashree comments on the situation, showing concern.
Later, the doctor checks on Savi and asks how long she has been feeling unwell. Savi explains that she hasn’t felt well since last night, mentioning that she has vomited four times and felt dizzy. The doctor asks if she has taken a pregnancy test. Savi insists she can’t be pregnant because she had an abdominal injury in the past that left her unable to conceive. The doctor suggests that Savi might still be pregnant and advises her to take a test, noting that it’s not uncommon for people to conceive despite medical complications. Savi agrees to take the test. Meanwhile, Bhagyashree and the other women start dancing, believing Savi is pregnant. Rajat asks Bhagyashree why she’s dancing. Just then, Lucky returns home, announcing that his exam results are out and that he passed with 75%. Bhagyashree thanks God for the double good news. Raju asks Bhagyashree what the other good news is, and she proudly says Savi is pregnant. Rajat tries to explain to Bhagyashree that it’s not possible, but she doesn’t listen.
Rajat confronts Savi, asking why she told people she was pregnant. Savi clarifies that she told the doctor she couldn’t be pregnant, but the doctor didn’t believe her. Rajat argues, asking why she didn’t make Bhagyashree understand. Savi responds by asking what Rajat expects her to do. Should she tell Bhagyashree that they are only Saisha’s parents and don’t share a husband-wife relationship? Rajat insists that he will tell Bhagyashree the truth. Savi pleads with him not to, reminding him that Saisha wouldn’t be able to handle the truth. She recalls how Rajat hugged her in front of Saisha the previous day and said, “I love you.” Savi warns that if Saisha finds out it was all an act, it will break her heart. She reassures Rajat that once she takes the pregnancy test, everyone will realize she isn’t pregnant. Unbeknownst to them, Jigar overhears their conversation. Tara brings sweets to Rajat, but he refuses and leaves. Jigar thinks to himself that if Rajat doesn’t give Savi love, he will step in and fulfill that need, eyeing her with wrong intentions.
Later, Milind calls Savi to remind her about the insurance premium. Savi thanks him for the reminder and hangs up, only to turn around and be startled by Jigar’s presence. Jigar comments that Milind is a good person. Savi agrees, saying Jigar has always supported her, then mentions she has work and leaves. Jigar thinks to himself that he, too, will support her, just like a brother-in-law.
At Maata Ki Darbar, Bhagyashree asks Ridhi about Savi. Ridhi assures her that Savi will be there soon. Jigar sneaks into Savi’s room and watches her getting ready. Savi feels dizzy and nearly falls, but Jigar catches her. She asks what he’s doing there, and he claims he came to help. He attempts to wipe her sweat, but Savi insists she is fine and asks him to leave, stopping his inappropriate behavior. After he leaves, Savi closes the door, and Jigar looks at his hand, thinking he won’t miss his next opportunity with Savi.
Ahana arrives at the pooja, dressed in a saree, and takes Bhagyashree’s blessings. Bhagyashree blesses her, saying that Aman is lucky to have her. Ahana joins Aman, and Bhagyashree comments on Mrunmayi’s appearance. Mrunmayi arrives, also wearing a saree, and everyone compliments her. Ahana teases Aman, saying Mrunmayi is giving her competition. Aman responds with a light-hearted comment. Rajat and Savi arrive to pray to the goddess, and Savi compliments Mrunmayi. Afterward, Savi and the others serve food to the girls attending the pooja. After the rituals, Sai blesses Rajat and Savi.
Bhagyashree then announces to everyone that she has more good news: Rajat and Savi are going to be parents. Isha asks Savi if this is true, and Bhagyashree confirms it. Everyone congratulates them, though Urmila feels sad seeing their happiness. Savi then tells Bhagyashree that she is not pregnant and shows her the medical report. Bhagyashree is disappointed, but Isha comforts her. Urmila coldly comments that Savi will never become a mother, so there’s no point in expecting anything from her. Sai rebukes Urmila for hurting Savi’s feelings, reminding her that Savi already has a daughter—Saisha. She consoles Savi, telling her not to cry, and the two embrace. Sai demands that Urmila apologize to Savi. Rajat steps in to defend Savi, warning Urmila not to hurt his wife again and demanding she apologize. He affirms that Savi has both him and Saisha. Sai adds “forever,” holding her parents’ hands, and Isha smiles, happy to see that Savi has a supportive family.
