Rajat returns home feeling frustrated when he finds no one to serve him food. He recalls how Savi used to wait for him, but now it feels like no one cares. Sai notices his emotions and offers to serve him food. As Rajat eats quietly, Sai asks if Bhagyashree and Savi are upset with him, suggesting that maybe he did something wrong. Rajat dismisses her concern, blaming his mood on the food being too spicy. Sai feeds him with her hands, offering comfort, then goes to put her doll to sleep. Savi, noticing Rajat’s distress, asks Sai to sleep with him for comfort. Sai agrees, assuring Savi that Rajat’s tears are simply due to the spicy food.
The next morning, Bhagyashree performs a puja and assures Savi that she will win the case, even if it means going against her own son. Both Savi and Rajat seek Bhagyashree’s blessings. Before heading to court, Rajat feels guilty when he sees Isha and Shantanu arriving and quietly slips away. Bhagyashree instructs Tara to take Sai to school before going to court, and Sai confidently tells Savi that they will win the case.
Ashika, waiting for her driver, turns down Arsh’s offer to help, sarcastically telling him to manage Mohit if he wants to be of assistance. Ashika leaves in her car, while Arsh calls Mohit to return to the village. Meanwhile, Savi struggles with a flat tire, and Rajat offers to help, but Savi refuses. Later, Rajat offers to drive Savi and the family to court after Isha feels unwell, and they accept. On the way, Rajat receives a call from Ashika but disconnects it. Once at the court, Ashika arrives, looking distressed, and seeks comfort from Rajat, which Savi and the family misinterpret from a distance.
In court, Jagtap argues that the case is more than a simple hit-and-run; it’s a murder, accusing Ashika of abandoning Isha to die. He cross-examines Ashika, who tries to gain sympathy by claiming that Kiyaan has no one but her and accuses Savi of targeting her out of revenge. Despite this, Savi and her family remain hopeful, with Bhagyashree encouraging Savi to keep faith in winning the case.
