Ashika sends a message to Savi, asking to meet her for just 2 minutes. Savi shows the message to Rajat, who tells her to make her own decision. Savi agrees to meet Ashika, who immediately questions why she married Rajat despite knowing the truth about him. Savi explains that she didn’t want to marry Rajat but did so out of concern for Sai, to protect her. Ashika, puzzled, asks what she means by that. Savi explains that Ashika wouldn’t have taken care of Sai properly and would have sent her to a hostel, just like she did with Kian. This would have kept Sai away from her family. Rajat, on the other hand, has a family that genuinely loves Sai. She adds that no branded clothes or gifts can replace the love and happiness a child needs.
Ashika notices the inscription “Rajat’s bride” on Savi’s bangles and mocks her, laughing at her supposed plan. She accuses Savi of manipulating her emotions, claiming that Savi’s ultimate goal was to marry a wealthy divorcee and calls her a gold digger. Savi, unfazed, responds that Ashika’s opinion doesn’t matter to her and that Rajat is irrelevant in her life. Everything she is doing is for Sai’s happiness. Meanwhile, Arsh overhears their conversation while taking Sai to the washroom.
The court hearing begins. The judge asks the lawyers to bring Sai to her chambers. She begins by asking Sai simple questions about her name, school, and then finally asks if she wants to stay with her mamma or papa. Sai’s silence makes everyone nervous. Bhagyashree silently hopes that Sai chooses her “Pari Mamma.” To everyone’s surprise, Sai says she wants to stay with Ashika Mamma, leaving Ashika and Harsh delighted. The judge then requests to speak to Ashika and Savi alone before bringing Sai back. Ashika, overjoyed, lifts Sai in her arms.
The judge asks Ashika why she wants Sai’s custody when she already has custody of her son. Ashika explains that she is concerned about Sai’s future and has hired many servants and two nannies to care for her, unlike the Thakkars, who haven’t hired a single servant for Sai. The judge then asks about her son. Ashika replies that he is happy at the best boarding school. The judge sends Ashika out and calls Savi in. She asks Savi if she married Rajat for Sai’s sake. Savi confirms this, explaining that she loves Sai deeply and is fine with Sai staying with Ashika if it makes her happy. She requests the judge to allow her to meet Sai at least once a week and to give the verdict today to spare little Sai any further mental distress. The judge assures her that a judgment will be delivered in 5 minutes and sends her out.
Aman tells Rajat’s lawyer, Mr. Wadha, that he doesn’t understand why Sai chose Ashika over Savi. Arsh approaches them, claiming that “real blood speaks,” and that Sai naturally chose her biological mother. He mocks Rajat, saying that his attempt to secure Sai’s custody by marrying Savi was futile, and warns him to focus on Savi now, or he might lose her too. As Savi walks by, he taunts her as well. Rajat, furious, lashes out at Savi, saying that their marriage was solely for Sai’s custody, and now that purpose is lost, their marriage holds no value. Savi responds calmly, stating that she also married for Sai’s sake and is just as surprised that Sai chose Ashika. Nevertheless, she accepts that Sai will stay with her mother. Rajat coldly offers Savi alimony, but she firmly declines, saying that Sai is her true wealth and she needs nothing more.
The court hearing resumes, and the judge announces that Sai’s custody will go to her mother. Ashika and Arsh are thrilled, while the others are disheartened. However, the judge clarifies that by “mother,” she means Sai’s new mother, Savi Rajat Thakkar. The Thakkars and Shantanu congratulate each other and rejoice. Ashika, in disbelief, questions how the judge could make such a decision. The judge explains that during the recess, she spoke to Sai in her chambers and discovered that Arsh had manipulated her into choosing Ashika. Enraged, Rajat grabs Arsh by the collar, accusing him of messing with his daughter’s mind. The judge sternly warns Rajat to behave, or she will charge him with contempt of court. She then recounts a story from her childhood about a mother who was willing to sacrifice her own happiness for her child’s safety. She remarks that she saw the same selfless nature in Savi’s love for Sai and expresses hope that Savi will continue to care for Sai with the same dedication. The judge also rebukes Rajat and Ashika for their selfishness and concludes the hearing. Sai joyfully runs into Savi Mamma’s arms.
