Bidding for the factory land continues. Savi places a bid of 130 crores on Rajat’s behalf. Arsh raises the stakes with a bid of 140 crores. Savi stops Rajat from bidding further, insisting that the land is not worth that much and he would face significant losses. The auctioneer announces Arsh as the winner of the auction. Rajat is furious with Savi. Arsh mocks Rajat, calling him a loser and taunting him about marrying Savi, whom he claims is unlucky for him, while also referencing the loss of his lucky charm, Ashika. He leaves with Ashika to celebrate. Savi attempts to explain again that it’s a bad deal, but Rajat and Aman refuse to listen.
Back home, Rajat begins drinking alcohol. Savi tries to intervene, reminding him of the doctor’s warning against consuming alcohol. Rajat lashes out at her for losing the bid. Savi tries to clarify that the landowner, Mr. Goswami, is a cunning businessman who is trying to offload the land. She overheard his wife discussing during a parent-teacher meeting that Goswami is facing some legal issues regarding the land. Rajat dismisses her concerns and angrily accuses her of causing his losses.
Rajat walks down to persuade his company’s board of directors that he will find another piece of land. Rajendra notices his distress and inquires about it. Rajat reveals that he lost a land deal due to Savi, resulting in substantial losses. Aman enters and urges Rajat to answer the board’s call, as they are frustrated and demanding his resignation. Bhagyashree criticizes Savi for causing losses to everyone she tries to assist and warns her to stop meddling in her family’s affairs.
Mr. and Mrs. Kothari call Rajat and assure him they will speak to the board of directors to advocate for another chance. Rajat expresses his gratitude. Mrs. Kothari suggests he should refer to them as bhai and bhabhi and proposes arranging the engagement of Ahana and Aman soon. Rajat agrees, and Aman, overhearing the conversation, supports this for Aman’s sake.
The families gather to celebrate the Karva Chauth ritual. Savi enters the scene. Bhagyashree’s friends compliment her beauty and tell Bhagyashree that she has a lovely daughter-in-law. Bhagyashree scowls, stating that Savi has brought losses to the family and is unlucky for them. Rajendra approaches Shantanu and jokes about Bhagyashree fasting for the first time and being very hungry, quipping that she will be furious if the moon doesn’t appear soon. He further mentions that Lucky received a distinction in Shantanu’s college. Shantanu credits the teachers and shares that Milind is the new HOD. Lucky overhears their conversation. Milind arrives and receives blessings from Shantanu. Lucky becomes anxious and tries to call his friend instead of Rajat. The moon finally appears. Couples perform the ritual and break their fast.
