Bhagyashree serves breakfast to Lucky and Riddhi at 5 a.m. They express their dissatisfaction. Bhagyashree responds that they won’t receive anything after sunrise since she and Tara are observing the Karva Chauth fast today. Riddhi asks if Tara is also fasting. Rajendra questions Bhagyashree about why she is fasting now when she has never done so before. Bhagyashree snaps that she is fasting for his long life. Sai asks Savi what Karva Chauth is. Bhagyashree explains that a wife fasts for her husband’s long life. Sai then asks her pari mamma if she will also fast for papa’s long life. Savi agrees and thinks she will fast for Savi’s sake. Rajat walks down coughing, mentioning he has a throat infection. Bhagyashree observes that he is so petite and decides to prepare kadha/herbal concoction for him. Rajendra asks Bhagyashree to forgive Savi since all three of them are observing the fast. Bhagyashree says she has no issues with Savi fasting for Rajat’s long life, but she cannot forgive her for what she did to Tara.
After some time, Rajat’s throat infection worsens, prompting the doctor to come home for treatment. Aman mentions that Rajat needs to bid at a land auction for their new factory. The doctor advises that Rajat won’t be able to speak at all for several days. Aman panics. Rajat starts writing on a notepad. Aman jokingly suggests that if he wanted to become a doctor, he should work on his handwriting. Savi enters and reads Rajat’s lips. Aman insists she help Rajat with the bidding at the auction.
Lucky receives a call from his friend, who informs him that their attempts to acquire exam papers have failed since a new HOD has been appointed who is conducting the exam again. Lucky advises his friend to bribe the new HOD as they did last time. Shantanu calls Milind to congratulate him on becoming the new HOD, stating that Milind was chosen based on his capabilities. Lucky’s friend visits Milind, introduces himself as a student, offers him a box of sweets, and leaves before he can say much. Milind opens the box and is taken aback to find money hidden with the student roll numbers, realizing their true intention.
Rajat, along with Savi and Aman, arrives at the land auction. The landowner, Mr. Goswami, welcomes Rajat and mentions that Savi is his son’s teacher. Savi clarifies that she is Rajat’s wife and has come to support him. She inquires if it’s his Panvel land. Mr. Goswami receives a call and leaves before answering her. Savi tries to warn Rajat about a potential problem with the land, but he doesn’t listen. Arsh and Ashika enter and mock Rajat. The bidding starts at 110-115 crores, with Arsh bidding 115 crores. Rajat raises it to 125 crores, and Arsh then bids 140 crores. Sai continues to try and alert Rajat that this land isn’t worth that much, but he remains oblivious.
