Rajat, feeling nervous about the blood test, waits at the hospital, afraid of the needles. Savi fills out a form at the reception. Ashika walks in, apologizing to Rajat for being late. Savi reassures her that it’s okay, as they just arrived too. Ashika, in shock, asks what Savi is doing there. Rajat explains that she accompanied him for his blood test. Savi asks Rajat and Ashika to renew Kiyaan’s contract while she completes Rajat’s form. Ashika wonders why Savi is so calm and why she is sending them together.
Harini calls Savi, asking her to pick up Vansh while she picks up Sai, as she is heading to a bhajan mandali with her mother-in-law. Savi agrees. Harini thanks her and enters the hospital, where Savi is already present. Rajat becomes anxious as the doctor attempts to withdraw his blood. Savi enters and asks if the work is done. Rajat scolds her for not being around and then scolds the doctor for using needles to take his blood. The doctor tries to calm him. Rajat admits he is afraid of needles. Ashika walks in, telling Rajat he should grow up, especially since his children are growing up. She adds that Rajat used to be terrified of needles and would hold her hand tightly. Rajat denies remembering such a thing. The doctor pricks the needle to withdraw blood, and Ashika extends her hand, but Rajat clutches Savi’s hand tightly, leaving Ashika frustrated.
Harini meets with the doctor for her second pregnancy test. The doctor reassures her that if the home pregnancy kit test was positive, the blood test should also be positive. Rajat offers to have Ashika call him if she needs help with Kiyaan’s contract. Savi adds that Ashika can contact her as well, even if Rajat isn’t available. Ashika asks why she would call Savi. Rajat explains that Savi is more sensible when it comes to children and can provide better advice. Ashika angrily leaves, and Savi is surprised to see Khat Khat Thakkar behaving so well. Kiyaan observes their interaction and questions Milind about their close bond. Milind explains that his son is his buddy, and they have a lot of fun together. Harini receives confirmation from the doctor about her pregnancy. Savi, still suspicious, confronts Harini, who lies, saying her test result was negative.
