Do Dooni Pyaar 7th October 2024 Written Episode Update
The episode begins with Kalyani urging Ganga to walk. Ganga struggles and tears fill her eyes. Kalyani questions her choice of heels, asking why she wore them if she couldn’t walk in them. Ganga replies that she wore them because hi-fi society women were coming. Kalyani implies that Ganga wanted to show off. Kirti chimes in, expressing her desire to be a hi-fi society woman. Kalyani tells her to stay out of it and inquires how Ganga obtained the heels. Ganga mentions that Ritu gave them to her. Kalyani confronts Ritu, asking why she let Ganga wear heels. Ritu tells Ganga to explain that she wanted to look good and chose the heels herself. Ganga admits she wanted to look good. Kalyani scolds her, then goes to fetch larger heels and extravagant jewelry. She punishes Ganga by making her wear the heels and all the jewelry. Kalyani tells Ganga to be happy if that’s what she wants, but warns her to think about whether she is still the same Ganga or just trying to show off, stating that her actions have made them a mockery and caused them embarrassment. She instructs everyone not to help Ganga. Ganga, in tears, retreats to the temple to pray. Dadi arrives and comforts her, and Ganga expresses that she didn’t intend to upset Kalyani. She mentions that Lalita raised her with love and instilled good values. Lalita, on a video call with Ritu, shows what she’s doing for the first rasoi rasam. Dadi encourages them to prepare for the rasam. Kalyani drags Ganga there, declaring that it’s her punishment to cook in those clothes and heels. She states that since Ganga made a mistake, she will dress this way, and no one will assist her in cooking. Akshay arrives and compliments Ganga, saying she looks like a heroine, suggesting that Ritu could learn something from her. Ritu looks displeased.
Akshay expresses curiosity about why women are the ones cooking in the first rasoi, stating that he also got married. Kalyani replies that men don’t cook. He challenges that notion, insisting that men should also get that opportunity. He proposes that he, Ritu, Abhay, and Ganga cook together, stating it will be enjoyable. Dadi agrees, supporting Akshay’s idea. Abhay observes quietly. Ritu worries about how she will manage to cook now, realizing she needs her mother’s help. Akshay asks Kalyani if she fears that Abhay and Ganga will be defeated. Kalyani confidently asserts that she raised Abhay, and he cannot lose. Akshay appreciates her confidence and remarks that it will be a tough competition. He asks Bindiya to arrange two sets of everything. Chetan queries about the competition, and Abhay echoes the same question. Akshay reassures them, explaining that it’s a healthy competition where he will cook with Ritu, and Abhay will pair with Ganga. Abhay declines the offer and walks away, while Ritu smiles.
