Do Dooni Pyaar 6th October 2024 Written Episode Update
The episode starts with Ritu asking Ganga to come along. Ganga says, “I can’t walk in heels.” Ritu responds, “You can walk, don’t worry, I’m here with you, come on.” Meanwhile, Hema questions Akshay, “Why did you say all that?” He replies, “I was just…” Hema interrupts, “You don’t need to get involved in this, don’t create differences between Kalyani and me.” Akshay reassures her, “You’re my mother, I call her aunty, I won’t do it again, okay? Don’t be upset.” She smiles. He then adds, “I have to go now, I have some important work.” Hema asks, “Where are you going?” He replies, “I need to meet Abhay.” He leaves.
Akshay meets Abhay and asks, “What’s your specialization as a doctor?” Abhay replies, “Wow, you seem to know all the qualifications.” Akshay nods, “Yes, I like to stay informed about doctors.” Abhay remarks, “Impressive, staying knowledgeable is always good.” Akshay looks around the room and says, “Your room is amazing. I also had a family picture with my mom back home.” He then opens the wardrobe and admires the shirts, saying, “Wow, this maroon shirt looks nice, I’ll try it on.” He wears Abhay’s shirt and says, “Come, see how I look.” Abhay gets a call from a patient. Akshay, seeing he’s busy, says, “You’re occupied, I’ll catch you later,” and leaves.
The women gather for the Mu dikhai ceremony. A lady makes a comment about Ritu, assuming she is a maid. Hema hears this and clarifies, “Ritu isn’t a maid, she’s my daughter-in-law.” Ritu, noticing they think Ganga is the daughter-in-law, feels insulted and says to herself, “I’ll show them.” She instructs Ganga to leave and discreetly tucks Ganga’s saree into the lamp stand. Ganga notices her saree stuck and tries to free it. Ritu greets everyone. Kalyani enters and sees Ganga struggling. Suddenly, Ganga’s heel breaks, causing her to stumble and fall, which leads to her saree becoming untied. Everyone looks on in shock. Ritu quietly laughs.
As Ganga gets up, the crowd starts laughing at her. Ganga, embarrassed, tears up. Lalita watches from afar. Ritu makes a video call to her, and Lalita gleefully watches the unfolding drama. The ladies continue to gossip about Ganga. Hema steps in, covers Ganga with her own saree, and scolds the women for their rude comments. Hema gently takes Ganga aside, saying, “Go fix your saree, freshen up, and come back.” Ganga hurries off. Kalyani notices Ganga’s broken heel. Just then, Abhay opens the door, and Ganga accidentally collides with him, falling into his arms. Her sindoor and lipstick leave marks on his shirt.
Annoyed, Abhay scolds her. Ganga quickly apologizes, and he walks away. Ganga regains her composure, dresses up, and comes downstairs again. The women, still whispering, hand over gifts, but this time they bless Ritu during the Mu dikhai. Lalita praises Ritu while the women continue giving her gifts. As the guests leave, Kalyani silently watches Ganga.
