Do Dooni Pyaar 5th October 2024 Written Episode Update

The episode begins with Ganga performing Tulsi puja while thinking about Abhay. Kalyani approaches her and hands her some clothes and jewelry. She tells her that it’s her Mu Dikhai today and reminds her that she has to prepare the first Rasoi as well. Kalyani instructs her to get ready. Meanwhile, Ritu shows Lalita her room. Lalita expresses her approval and advises Ritu not to work in the kitchen. Ritu agrees, saying, “No way.” Lalita warns her that if she works once, they’ll expect her to work every day. She then suggests ousting Ganga and sending her to work there instead, as she could use some help.

Ganga begins to get ready but is preoccupied with thoughts of Abhay. Abhay, while on the phone, notices Ganga preparing herself. He walks over to help her put on the necklace, and she smiles. Meanwhile, Hema gives Ritu some clothes and jewelry, telling her to wear them for the Mu Dikhai. Ritu looks disappointed when she sees the simple cotton saree. Just then, Kalyani arrives with a more expensive saree and jewelry for Ritu. Kalyani asks Ritu to ensure she’s ready on time starting tomorrow. Delighted, Ritu accepts the gifts.

Akshay enters the room and observes the exchange. He firmly tells Kalyani there’s no need for her gifts as his mother has already provided them with love. He insists that Ritu will wear what his mother gave her and assures her she’ll look beautiful. He then leaves the room. Ritu comments that Akshay seems upset. Kalyani coldly replies that there’s no need for an explanation, as she already knows why her son is acting this way. Kalyani exits. Hema advises Ritu to wake up on time, as she is now the bahu of the house, before leaving. Ritu looks at the heavy jewelry and the fancy dress, disappointed. She remarks that she lost the opportunity to wear these because of Akshay’s decision.

Meanwhile, Ganga offers Abhay a protein shake. Abhay takes it but immediately dumps it, telling her that she doesn’t need to worry about him. He then walks off. Ritu continues getting ready, but she feels unsatisfied with her appearance. She notices Ganga and compliments her saree and jewelry. Ganga smiles and notices Ritu’s appearance, asking her why she hasn’t fully gotten ready yet. Ritu replies that she did get ready but jokes that ever since Ganga came, she seems to have forgotten about her. Ganga quickly clarifies that’s not true, but Ritu reassures her that she was only joking and tells her not to worry.

Ritu then critiques Ganga’s saree and jewelry, saying they don’t suit her and aren’t the right look. She also points out Ganga’s slippers, suggesting they aren’t appropriate. Ganga defends her choice, saying it’s fine. However, Ritu insists that since high-society women are coming to the event, Ganga’s slippers could bring insult to both her and Kalyani. Ganga, feeling unsure, asks what she should do, explaining that she doesn’t have any other slippers. Ritu, with a smile, reassures her, “Don’t worry, I remember our bond. I’ll take care of this problem.” Ganga asks if she really means it, and Ritu hugs her, saying, “It’s our Mu Dikhai today; I can do this for you. Come with me.”
