Do Dooni Pyaar 30th September 2024 Written Episode Update
The episode begins with Kalyani approaching Ritu. Upon seeing her, Ritu starts to act sweetly, claiming, “I was praying to God.” Kalyani questions her, asking where she was during the aarti time, reminding her of the tea she was demanding, and confronting her about stealing money from envelopes and calling Ganga an orphan. She notes that times have changed and suggests Ritu now pretends to care about their happiness. Ritu responds with a feigned sense of shame, explaining, “You don’t know me. My mother has always lived in poverty, and it’s not her fault she steals money.” She continues her act, stating she never loved Abhay, but loves Akshay and has married him. Lalita overhears everything on a call and decides to tolerate Ritu’s behavior to protect her daughter’s home. Kalyani then tells Ritu to get ready for her grahpravesh, handing her a box of sindoor and instructing her to wear traditional clothes. After Kalyani leaves, Ritu invites Lalita to witness her grand welcome. Lalita scolds Ritu for making her look bad, to which Ritu defensively asks what she did wrong, insisting it was necessary to say something to protect herself from Kalyani. Lalita agrees to come. Ritu admires some jewelry.
Meanwhile, Abhay arrives to see Sakshi, embracing her and presenting the annulment papers. He expresses, “I love you so much, and I’ve told everything to my mom.” Sakshi, however, is distraught, saying, “I don’t care about it anymore.” She laments their long relationship, stating she wanted to discuss things, but she can’t accept him with all these complications.
Ritu confronts Ganga, taunting her about her upcoming grahpravesh and expressing her excitement. Ganga responds, mentioning Kalyani’s deep love for Akshay and her desire for him to accept her. Ritu inquires about Ganga’s packed bag, leading to an emotional hug. Ritu questions why Ganga is wearing a wedding dress, to which Ganga replies that she is leaving the house. Ritu checks out mehendi designs and, during a conversation with Sakshi, expresses her frustration that Abhay never introduced her to his mom. Sakshi explains how she fought her parents for him but feels rejected, pointing out that Abhay’s mom wanted a traditional daughter-in-law, and he didn’t stand up for their love. Upset, she tells him to return to the girl he married, and she walks away, leaving Abhay in tears.
Ritu asks Ganga to apply mehendi on her. Ganga, sitting to apply it, reveals her plans not to return home, fearing her mother would be defamed, as they intend to send her to an ashram. Ritu encourages Ganga to speak with her mom, emphasizing the need for help at home. Abhay comes home to find Kalyani busy decorating. She inquires about his whereabouts, and he shows her the annulment papers.
Kalyani questions his urgency, and he expresses his frustration with Ganga. She defends Ganga, stating, “I have tested her; she has a good heart. Give her a chance.” Abhay responds that he feels forced into the marriage and has no intention of giving Ganga a chance. He laments that all girls are deceitful, mentioning Sakshi’s refusal to marry him. Kalyani acknowledges that the situation was unfortunate but reminds him that a marriage has taken place. She urges him to consider Ganga for her sake, asserting that Sakshi has left him while Ganga remains loyal. Abhay retorts that Ganga is the cause of his troubles, insisting that Kalyani is mistaken if she believes he will be happy. He storms off.
