Do Dooni Pyaar 2nd October 2024 Written Episode Update

The episode begins with Abhay asking if he can leave now. Dadi tells him to get some pictures taken. Ritu thinks the photos and videos will turn out poorly. She notices Ganga, who stumbles and grabs Abhay’s hand for support. Kalyani arrives and snaps photos with Abhay and Ganga. Ritu tells Ganga to keep the sindoor box. Ganga replies, “No, how can I keep your sindoor?” Ritu insists she should hide it so that no one will see it. After Ritu leaves, Ganga hides the sindoor box. Ritu and Akshay take pictures together. Dadi blesses both couples. Ritu worries that if Kalyani finds out she gave her sindoor to Ganga, it could cause problems. Kalyani applies sindoor to Ganga. Ritu mentions that she gave her sindoor box to Ganga. Everyone blesses Abhay and Ganga, completing the sindoor rasam. Akshay seeks their blessings and hugs his father. Kalyani also blesses him and asks Ritu about her sindoor box. Ritu hesitates and says, “Actually…” Kalyani insists she knows Ritu didn’t have the sindoor box. Lalita interjects, saying it was in Ritu’s hand but is now missing. Kalyani scolds Ritu for trying to defend herself. Ganga chimes in, saying she has the box because Ritu suggested it wouldn’t look good in the video. Kalyani questions Ritu’s reasoning, reminding her that the sindoor is an important symbol of marriage. She tells Ganga that she doesn’t need to manage Ritu’s belongings.

Kalyani applies sindoor to Ritu, saying, “Ritu, you seem to have forgotten something.” Ritu is puzzled and asks what she forgot. Kalyani points out that Abhay is older than Akshay. Ritu responds, “So what?” Kalyani explains that Ganga is older than Ritu and she should touch her feet. Ritu is taken aback, while Lalita encourages her to comply. Kalyani asks why Ritu can’t do this, noting that Ganga is her Jethani and should be called Didi from now on. Lalita replies that Kalyani previously told her not to interfere. Akshay lightens the mood with a joke.

He greets Ganga and requests her blessing, adding that she only needs to respect his mother, and he will be her favorite Devar. Ganga blesses him and halts Ritu. Kalyani urges her to let Ritu take her turn. Ritu reluctantly touches Ganga’s feet, feeling irritated. Akshay then seeks Abhay’s blessings, joking that he is older and a doctor. Ritu follows suit and takes Abhay’s blessings. Kalyani reminds Ritu that it’s her duty to honor Ganga. She advises Ganga to be cautious, warning her that nobody should take advantage of her kindness. Kalyani also makes a jab at Neha. As Abhay and Ganga leave, Lalita suggests to Ritu that she should create misunderstandings to have Kalyani expel Ganga. Ritu declares that she will insult Ganga, thinking to herself, “Watch how I fulfill my duty now.”
