Shobha and Manorama accuse Deepika of trying to poison Jahnvi and attempting to kill her. Yashwant steps in to defend Deepika, but Shobha presses on, demanding to know what she mixed into Jahnvi’s juice. Lavanya chimes in, claiming she saw Deepika send the juice to Jahnvi, fueling the accusations.

Meanwhile, Mishka tends to Jahnvi and notes that her case is interesting, diagnosing her with an overdose of sleeping pills. She makes a mental note that Jahnvi is the sister and sister-in-law of Deepika, Chirag’s wife. She instructs the nurse to keep the patient’s details confidential, revealing them only to the immediate family.

Prithvi also jumps in, accusing Deepika of poisoning Jahnvi. Lavanya goes further and violently pushes Deepika, causing her to fall. Just then, Chirag walks in and immediately confronts his family for treating his wife so harshly in his absence, especially in his place of work. Lavanya insists that Deepika poisoned Jahnvi. Chirag challenges her, asking if she has any proof. He demands to know how they can accuse Deepika without any concrete evidence, like a lab report or an official investigation. Turning to his father, he asks why Yashwant didn’t protect Deepika. Yashwant admits he was overwhelmed by the intensity of the accusations.

Mishka enters and announces that Jahnvi is now out of danger. Chirag is visibly relieved upon seeing Mishka. Lavanya, still suspicious, asks Mishka what caused Jahnvi’s condition. Mishka suggests it could be food poisoning but adds that the exact cause will be clear once the lab results are in. The family rushes off to check on Jahnvi, leaving Deepika to quietly thank Mishka for her help. Overjoyed, Chirag hugs Mishka, asking why she didn’t tell him she was coming. Mishka replies that she wanted to surprise him. Deepika, feeling grateful, invites Mishka to lunch the next day. Mishka playfully takes Chirag by the arm and tells Deepika she’s borrowing her husband for a little while.

Back home, Neelima speculates that Jahnvi must have consumed something when she visited her mother’s house earlier that day. Lavanya agrees that they’ll know the truth once the lab report comes back, but Chirag isn’t convinced, pointing out that Lavanya has already made up her mind that Deepika is to blame. Lavanya, visibly tired, dismisses the conversation and heads to bed. Deepika tries to lift Chirag’s spirits with a romantic gesture, comforting him in the midst of the chaos.

The next afternoon, Chirag walks into the dining room and is surprised to see an array of dishes laid out. He asks Deepika if she invited just Mishka or the whole city for lunch. Deepika, smiling, says that if Mishka enjoys her food, she hopes to bond with her and chat about Chirag’s past. Chirag, recalling his accident, remarks that Mishka already knows much of his past. Deepika insists that there must be something Mishka doesn’t know. Just then, Mishka enters, smiling, and teasingly says, “Oh, I know exactly what it is…”
