Deepika is in the kitchen when Chirag calls her. She tells him she was waiting for his call as it has been 2 hours since they last spoke. He jokes, saying he’ll check if his wife is missing him. She responds by saying she’s preparing his favorite dish, which is already smelling delicious. He informs her that his phone will be off for the next 1.5 hours. She sends him a flying kiss and ends the call.
Meanwhile, Jahnvi retrieves her stolen jewelry from Shobha and Manorama, warning them that she will file a police complaint if they ever steal from her again. On her way out, she secretly takes Manorama’s sleeping pills, planning to use them to overdose Deepika. Sonali and Neelima enter, bringing a new sari for Jahnvi to wear during the ritual that night. Jahnvi says she will thank Deepika for decorating her room and then put on the sari.
Back in the kitchen, the maid insists that Deepika drink some lemonade as she hasn’t eaten anything in a while. Jahnvi arrives and asks Deepika to fix the torn falls of her sari. Deepika agrees, telling the maid she will help Jahnvi first and then have the lemonade. While Deepika is distracted, Jahnvi quietly adds the sleeping pills into Deepika’s lemonade. As Deepika fixes the sari, she notices Jahnvi sweating and feeling weak, so she goes to the kitchen to prepare fresh lemonade for her. She hands it to the maid, asking her to give it to Jahnvi. The maid accidentally drops the glass, so Deepika offers her own lemonade to Jahnvi. The maid takes it to her, and after drinking it, Jahnvi asks if Deepika has had hers. Just then, Prithvhi enters the room. The maid explains that she dropped Jahnvi’s glass by mistake, so Deepika gave her own glass instead. Jahnvi collapses upon hearing this.
The family rushes Jahnvi to Chirag’s hospital. A nurse informs them that all the senior doctors are occupied with surgeries. At that moment, Mishka approaches them, and Prithvi recognizes her as Chirag’s old classmate. Mishka introduces herself as a senior gynecologist from London. Lavanya pleads with her to treat Jahnvi immediately. Mishka reassures them that she is the right person for the job. Deepika recalls having met her before, but Mishka remarks that she just arrived in Jodhpur from London yesterday, asking if they met there. Lavanya interrupts, mentioning that Deepika has never even been to Delhi, and urges Mishka to treat Jahnvi quickly.
