Dil Ko Tumse Pyaar Hua 8th December 2024 Written Update
Lavanya takes her family to a temple for pooja. Panditji greets them warmly and begins the ceremony. Lavanya signals Omkar, who quietly walks out of the pooja. Neelima asks Lavanya if Omkar needs anything. Lavanya tells her to continue with the pooja. Omkar hurries to his car, retrieves his granddaughter, and places her on the temple steps before returning to join the pooja. Panditji, hearing the baby cry, comments that they are praying for a child and that the sound of a baby’s cry is a blessing. Chirag walks over to the baby and picks her up. The family gathers around him. Panditji remarks that someone must have left the baby there. Omkar comments that the baby resembles Chirag’s child. Ashutosh suggests contacting an orphanage to arrange for the baby’s care. Chirag, however, says that the baby will stay with him as he doesn’t want the person who abandoned her to have any claim over her. Lavanya thanks God for the blessing. Omkar reflects that blood instantly recognizes its own, and he thanks God.
Deepika’s second baby starts crying as well when she hears the first baby’s cry, feeling a cosmic connection. Chirag takes the first baby home and starts caring for her. The family tries to help, but Lavanya stops them, saying that Chirag should learn to care for the baby on his own. Deepika talks to her baby and says she will soon pick a name, feeling a sense of sadness that Chirag won’t be the one to choose it. She also plans for the baby’s vaccination the following day.
The next day, Chirag calls the hospital and asks the nurse to book an appointment with the pediatrician for the baby’s vaccination. However, the nurse mistakenly calls Mishka instead. Mishka panics upon hearing this, wondering when Chirag adopted a baby and recalling how he had hugged her the previous night. Chirag, along with Lavanya, brings the baby to the hospital for the vaccination. Deepika also arrives with her baby and is happy to see Lavanya. She introduces her baby to Lavanya, who feigns surprise and emotion, asking when this happened. Deepika explains it happened five days ago. Lavanya questions why she wasn’t informed, to which Deepika responds that Chirag didn’t want to give his name to the baby, so she hadn’t shared the news. Lavanya showers affection on her second grandchild. Mishka, noticing Deepika’s baby, grows even more anxious.
At the pediatrician’s office, the doctor asks for the baby’s mother and father’s names. Deepika hesitates before responding. Lavanya enters just then and confidently states that the baby’s father is Dr. Chirag Mittal and that Deepika is his daughter-in-law. The doctor nervously rushes off to prepare the file. Lavanya then tells Deepika that although she had stayed silent when Deepika chose to leave the house without defending herself, she will not remain quiet now if Deepika doesn’t stand up for herself and her baby.
Back home, Chirag is putting the baby to sleep when the rest of the family decides to rest as well. Deepika arrives at the mansion and calls Chirag outside. Neelima suggests calling Deepika in, but Chirag insists that he will go out as she is calling only him. He walks out to meet her. Deepika shows him her baby. Chirag coldly says, “Congratulations,” and refuses to look at the baby. Deepika confronts him about it. Chirag, struggling with his emotions, cannot bring himself to tell her that he still feels attracted to her. Deepika hopes he will finally speak up and clear the misunderstandings between them.
