Deepika feels immense joy as she holds her baby for the first time. Dr. Sikha asks nurse Shivani to manage the nursery, while Omkar expresses doubts about Lavanya’s plan to involve Chirag through his daughter. Despite Omkar’s reservations, Lavanya remains resolute, confident that the plan will reunite Chirag with Deepika. Nurse Shivani, persuaded by Lavanya’s past support, agrees to lend a hand.

Chirag visits a temple and feels a deep longing for his family. He gives balloons to the children. Shivani reassures Deepika, informing her that she has only one baby, calming her suspicions after hearing two babies cry. Lavanya, with the intent of using one baby to bring Chirag closer to Deepika, ensures that the other baby stays with Deepika. Unaware of the deception, Deepika bonds with her child and finds amusement in how much the baby resembles her father.

Lavanya and Omkar bless the babies but keep their plans secret. Deepika starts trusting Shivani, agreeing to stay with her. Lavanya supports Shivani financially, but Shivani insists her motives are familial, not driven by money. Later, Lavanya briefly takes one baby, causing Deepika to grow suspicious. However, Lavanya apologizes, claiming she only wanted to see the family reunited.

At a prayer gathering organized by Lavanya, Chirag reluctantly agrees to attend after Neelima persuades him. Lavanya’s plan is for Chirag to bring the baby home from the temple, aligning with her strategy to repair the relationship between Chirag and Deepika.

Deepika arrives at Shivani’s house, pleasantly surprised by the decorations and warm hospitality. Shivani takes care of both Deepika and her baby, making sure Deepika feels welcomed and content.
