A nurse notices Chirag sitting beside unconscious Deepika and asks who he is. Chirag says he is Deepika’s husband, he brought her here, and he is a doctor. The nurse thanks him and mentions that she called Deepika’s emergency contact number, and he should be arriving any moment. Chirag asks who it is. The nurse replies, “Siddharth Oswal.” Siddharth arrives. Chirag hides and walks away, fuming. Siddharth meets Deepika and asks if she is okay. Deepika inquires if Chirag was here. Siddharth says no, a kind person brought her here. Deepika feels certain that Chirag was indeed here.
Mishka breaks down and yells that Chirag is with Deepika. Her mamu/uncle says even God wants Chirag to be with his wife and child. Mishka declares she will kill Deepika to get Chirag at any cost. Back at the hospital, Siddharth questions Deepika, asking why she is struggling when everything he owns belongs to her. Deepika says it’s a matter of her self-respect. The nurse informs Siddharth that he can complete Deepika’s discharge formalities and take her home.
At Mittal Mansion, Prithvi misses Deepika as Jahnvi serves him Deepika’s favorite dish. Omkar and Ashutosh express their concern for Deepika. Jahnvi says Deepika should have done a DNA test to clear Chirag’s doubts. Lavanya overhears and warns her not to speak ill about Deepika. She gives Jahnvi a stern lecture for questioning Deepika’s character, especially as a woman herself. Lavanya praises Deepika for choosing self-respect and making the right decision. She blames Chirag for being insensitive and prays for Deepika’s safety.
Chirag feels frustrated watching Deepika leave the hospital with Siddharth. Mishka approaches Chirag and confronts him for disconnecting her call. Chirag warns her to stay away and storms off. Frustrated, Mishka hires a goon to kill Deepika, sending him her photo and address. Meanwhile, another goon, whom Deepika had previously helped, Mohan, bumps into the hired goon and notices Deepika’s photo on his phone. He follows the goon and sees him getting into Mishka’s car. The goon then sets fire to Deepika’s hostel room. Mishka rejoices and gives the goon a thumbs up. She returns home.
Chirag calls Mishka to apologize for his rudeness. She invites him to join her birthday party, and he agrees, heading to her house. Mishka happily dances and, hearing the doorbell, opens it thinking Chirag has arrived. She is shocked to see Deepika. Deepika confronts Mishka for attempting to kill her and recalls how Mohan saved her. She slaps Mishka repeatedly for her conspiracies and demands she confess all her crimes. Mishka agrees. Chirag enters Mishka’s house.
