Payal informs Jahnvi that Deepika has prepared detailed drawings for the house decorations for the pre-wedding rituals. Jahnvi praises her sister, saying, “Didi does everything perfectly,” but then wonders aloud, “Who will help her set up the stage?” Neelima assures her, “Kalra’s event management team will take care of that for Deepika.” Deepika, meanwhile, is on the phone, coordinating with the mehndi designers. Payal and Neelima suggest that she leave the arrangements to them and go shopping with Chirag instead. After some hesitation, Deepika agrees.
Jahnvi then calls her friend, asking if her cousin works at Kalra’s. When her friend confirms, Jahnvi explains that she needs help and begins detailing her plan.
Later, after a shopping trip, Chirag and Deepika walk towards the car, loaded with bags. Chirag playfully flirts with her, but Deepika, feeling shy, says, “People are watching.” Chirag cheekily replies, “Let them.” Mishka, sitting in her car nearby, watches them and seethes with jealousy. Deepika tells Chirag to head back to the hospital, as she will return home by auto to oversee Kalra’s team. Chirag leaves, and as Deepika walks down the road, talking on the phone, Mishka deliberately drives too close to her, narrowly missing her.
Mishka, now wearing a mask, steps out of the car and bumps into Deepika, causing her to fall. Acting overly concerned, Mishka insists that Deepika needs a tetanus shot. Deepika assures her she’s fine, but Mishka forcibly gives her an injection. Deepika winces in pain. Mishka cryptically says, “You’re finished.” Deepika, confused, asks what she means, and Mishka quickly clarifies, “I mean I finished giving you the shot,” before hurrying away. Mishka then calls her uncle, smugly telling him, “Chirag’s wife can’t handle pain.”
When Deepika arrives home, she accidentally bumps into Lavanya at the door and apologizes, “Sorry, Maa.” Lavanya sharply retorts, “Don’t call me Maa.” Deepika then directs Kalra’s team as they begin decorating. Jahnvi’s accomplice arrives and informs the Kalra staff that he has brought additional decorative items on behalf of Kalra. The team allows him inside. Jahnvi soon calls him, asking if the task is complete. He replies, “Not yet, Deepika is nearby. I’ll finish once she moves.”
Suddenly, the accomplice makes Deepika trip and fall. The family rushes to help her, and Chirag, returning home just in time, hurries to her side. He notices her swollen, red hand and asks what happened. Deepika recounts the earlier incident with the masked woman. Chirag frowns and says, “Some amateur gave you a wrong injection.” Deepika replies, “She said she was a nurse.” Chirag instructs her to rest and takes her to their room. Meanwhile, Jahnvi’s accomplice places red cello tape marks around the decoration and informs her, “Get ready for tomorrow’s big surprise.”
