Lavanya insists to Chirag that Deepika is still his wife. Chirag refuses to accept this and asks her not to mention Deepika’s name in front of him, then walks away. Omkar advises her not to listen to him and mentions that Deepika still considers them family, adding that she called him papa when she brought him to the hospital. Chirag, while putting Ragini to sleep, recalls his disagreement with Deepika and then imagines spending quality time with Deepika and Ragini. He snaps out of the thought, feeling frustrated when thinking about Deepika. Deepika also imagines the same and then reminds herself not to indulge in such thoughts.
The next morning, Deepika gets ready for work and notices Chandu sitting upset in front of her. She promises him that she will visit the doctor soon and requests to let her attend her job since it is just her second day. Chandu agrees. Deepika arrives at school. During her lunch break, Chandu calls to check on her health. Deepika coughs up blood and collapses, leaving Chandu extremely worried. He rushes to the school to meet her but is stopped by the watchman at the entrance.
Ragini notices Deepika and quickly rushes to help her. She wakes Deepika up and feeds her chocolate, following her father’s instructions to do so whenever someone feels weak or faints. Deepika is touched by her care. Ragini mentions that her mother had left her after giving birth, and according to her grandmother’s description, her mother would look exactly like Deepika. Deepika feels emotional and pampers her more.
Lavanya visits Ragini’s school to meet the principal. Chirag arrives there and tries to talk to her, but she refuses to engage with him in that place. Ragini walks up to Chirag and asks him to help her save her unwell friend. Chirag follows her to the garden but finds no one there. He excuses himself and leaves, wondering who Ragini is so concerned about. Lavanya is in the principal’s office when she notices Chandu climbing over the wall and jumping into the school. She questions him about his actions. Chandu asks her to keep quiet and reveals that his mother works there, and since she stopped talking during their phone conversation, he came to check on her. The watchman notices Chandu and says that his mother is looking for him. Lavanya gets a call and leaves, telling Chandu to follow the watchman to his mother. Deepika hides when she sees Lavanya. The watchman hands Chandu over to Deepika.
Mishka is shocked after finding out from the DNA report that Ragini is Chirag’s daughter. She realizes that Ragini gave birth to twins, and the child Chirag has is also Ragini and Chirag’s daughter. She panics, thinking that Deepika might reunite with Chirag because of their daughters.
