Lavanya becomes emotional after Prithvi shows her a photo of Deepika he took during the village fair. Just then, Chirag enters and asks why she looks so emotional, wondering if Prithvi troubled her. Prithvi explains that Lavanya has discovered a single mother whose husband abandoned her, leaving her to raise a child alone. Curious, Chirag asks to see the woman’s picture, but Prithvi accidentally drops his laptop. At that moment, Chirag receives a call and leaves without seeing the photo.
Chandni is upset because Deepika isn’t visiting the hospital and refuses to drink her milk. Baldev convinces Chandni to drink it, explaining that the hospital is closed for a week. Deepika tells Baldev that she plans to seek treatment from another doctor using her own earnings. Lavanya later reaches Deepika’s village house and learns from a neighbor that Deepika left for Jodhpur two days ago.
A man buys flowers from Deepika’s cart. Mishka stops her car near the empty cart and taunts Deepika, claiming she’s trying to get closer to Chirag again. Deepika retorts that she isn’t a cheater like Mishka and believes the truth will eventually come to light. Mishka gets angry and warns Deepika to stay away from Chirag. Deepika gives her a sharp reply and sends Mishka away.
A driver stops Deepika and informs her that his boss has suffered a heart attack and his car is broken. He asks for Deepika’s help. Deepika rushes to the man and is shocked to discover that it’s Omkar. Deepika takes Omkar to the hospital in her cart and urges the doctors to begin treatment immediately. Omkar opens his eyes and feels relieved upon seeing Deepika. He asks her not to leave while being escorted to the emergency room. Deepika decides to stay until she knows he’s out of danger. The doctor informs her that a senior cardiologist is on the way.
Chirag arrives and locks eyes with Deepika for a moment. “Tere Liye Hum Hain Jiye…” plays in the background. The nurse calls Chirag to the ER, and he walks away. He later learns that the patient is his father. Omkar tells Chirag that Deepika saved his life and insists he stop her from leaving. When Deepika asks about Omkar’s condition, Chirag coldly rebuffs her, saying that Omkar is not her father-in-law and accusing her of returning to manipulate his family. He offers a blank cheque in exchange for her silence but demands that she stay away. Offended, Deepika tears the cheque and throws it back at him, criticizing his flawed character and expressing pity for their daughter.
Lavanya rushes to Omkar, who explains that he fell ill on his way home. Lavanya shares how she found Deepika’s location and reached her village, only to find that Deepika is in Jodhpur. Omkar reveals that it was Deepika who brought him to the hospital and saved his life. Lavanya says that Chirag told her a random person saved Omkar’s life. Chirag enters and says he didn’t want to shock her, accusing Deepika of trying to exploit their family. However, Lavanya defends her, asserting that the family still considers Deepika their daughter-in-law. Chirag, though, insists that his story with Deepika is over.
