Deepika asks Chirag why he seems extra romantic today. Chirag replies that he’s nervous since he’s giving her a gift for the first time. Deepika reminds him that he already gifted her a sari. Chirag insists that was before their marriage and presents her with a diamond bracelet. Deepika admires it, saying it looks expensive. Chirag responds, “Not more than you.” Just then, Manorama enters and feels awkward witnessing their sweet moment. They both walk away shyly.
Shobha introduces her cousin brother and sister-in-law to the Mittals, explaining that they have come to perform Jahnvi’s bhaath ceremony. Maama and Maami carry out the rituals, and Manorama then announces Jahnvi’s dance. Jahnvi performs an energetic dance, and Deepika joins her, followed by Chirag who dances with Deepika. Jahnvi feels a pang of jealousy watching their chemistry. Prithvi enters disguised as a girl, but his veil falls off. Lavanya scolds him for defying her orders. Chirag steps in to calm her down.
After the dance, Jahnvi feigns sweetness toward Deepika, calling her elder sister. Deepika beams with happiness at this affection. Jahnvi then asks for one more thing from her. Deepika eagerly inquires what it is. Jahnvi boldly states that she wants Chirag. Just then, Chirag and Prithvi arrive. Deepika reacts instantly, slapping Jahnvi and reprimanding her for trying to take her husband. Prithvi approaches them, explaining that they were merely playing a prank on Deepika. He had challenged Jahnvi, claiming no one can love like he loves her, and she suggested that Deepika loves Chirag. Deepika insists they never joke like that again, and they both apologize. Chirag confronts Jahnvi for her actions, emphasizing that Deepika is strong and won’t fall for her tricks. Jahnvi sulks, upset that Deepika has always had everything she desired.
Meanwhile, Lavanya grows increasingly irritated with Shobha’s house and asks Neelima to discuss the pre-wedding rituals with Shobha, as she can’t stand being there any longer. Jahnvi approaches Lavanya and offers to relay any messages to Shobha. Lavanya notices fingerprints on Jahnvi’s cheek and inquires about them. Jahnvi lies, claiming Deepika slapped her, saying she can’t tolerate her as a devrani/SIL and that the entire Mittal family, except Lavanya, is under Deepika’s control—and soon, even Lavanya will be. This angers Lavanya, who insists she knows how to deal with Deepika. Jahnvi smirks, thinking she’s successfully planted a bomb in Deepika’s path.
