Lavanya accuses Deepika of burning Omkar’s business tender file, leading to significant losses. Chirag refuses to believe her, asserting that Deepika could never do such a thing. Lavanya insists he check with other family members present and claims that Omkar’s condition is due to Deepika. Neelima states it was an accident, while Jahnvi argues that Deepika was sitting right in front and was the one who placed the file near the lamp; she should have taken responsibility from Lavanya. Neelima reiterates that it was indeed an accident.
Deepika applies cold compresses to Omkar’s forehead to soothe him. Lavanya enters and forcefully throws her out of the room. Deepika stumbles into Chirag. Chirag asks Deepika if she truly burned the file. Lavanya tells him to go and speak to his wife in their room, instructing Deepika to leave her room immediately. Back in their room, Chirag confronts Deepika for not informing him about the family’s troubles. Deepika explains that he was preparing for surgery and she wanted him to feel relaxed, which is why she kept it from him. She apologizes, but he remains upset.
Later in the evening, all couples head to the terrace, dressed as bride and groom, to perform the Karva Chauth ritual. Jahnvi looks around for Chirag. As the moon rises in the sky, Lavanya, Neelima, and Jahnvi break their fast while gazing at their husbands. Deepika gazes sadly at Chirag’s photo, attempting to break her fast. Chirag appears before her, and she joyfully breaks her fast, leaving Lavanya feeling jealous. Chirag apologizes to Deepika for not allowing her to explain, revealing that he has been fasting since morning with hopes of sharing a meal with her. Deepika feels emotional, while Lavanya scowls further.
Chirag calls Mishka and asks her to find the best fertility specialist because he wants to have a baby to fulfill Deepika’s wish. Mishka is visibly upset upon hearing this but pretends to be happy about his decision. She curses Deepika’s fate. Later, she receives a video showing Deepika burning the file and panics. Manorama calls her and reveals she sent the video, demanding 10 lakhs to delete it. Mishka refuses but reluctantly agrees to meet Manorama behind the hospital to pay the money when Manorama threatens her further. Deepika overhears their conversation.
