Lavanya and her family rush to Prithvi’s room after Jahnvi informs them that Prithvi was planning to commit suicide. When they arrive, Prithvi is not in his room, but they find a pool of blood on the floor. Deepika calls Lavanya and tells her that Prithvi is in the ICU. Ashutosh, shocked, asks what happened to Prithvi. Deepika explains that he cut his wrist and urges them to come quickly. Lavanya and the family rush to the hospital, while Shobha grows increasingly anxious, fearing that Lavanya will send Jahnvi to jail once she learns that Jahnvi provoked Prithvi into attempting suicide.
Chirag performs Prithvi’s surgery, deeply affected by the situation as he recalls Prithvi’s immense love and trust in him. Deepika tries to comfort Chirag. When the family arrives at the hospital, Lavanya angrily scolds Deepika for bringing Prithvi there without informing her first. Chirag defends Deepika, saying that if she hadn’t acted quickly, Prithvi wouldn’t have survived. He explains that Jahnvi didn’t panic when she saw Prithvi’s condition, performed first-aid, and brought him to the hospital in time. He adds that while Prithvi is still unconscious, he is alive thanks to their quick actions. Just then, the nurse informs them that Prithvi is awake and calling for Jahnvi.
Lavanya declares that she will see her son first and walks into Prithvi’s room. As she enters, Prithvi, still disoriented, murmurs, asking if Jahnvi is okay. The rest of the family follows, with Jahnvi entering last. Prithvi is surprised to see Jahnvi unharmed and asks if she’s alright. Jahnvi hugs him, shedding crocodile tears, and quietly whispers in his ear, warning him not to tell anyone that she was the one who pushed him towards suicide. Lavanya notices the interaction and asks what Jahnvi was murmuring to Prithvi. Jahnvi quickly lies, claiming that Prithvi called her before the incident, saying he couldn’t live without her, which led to his decision to attempt suicide. Lavanya brushes off her explanation and focuses on caring for Prithvi.
Frustrated that her act didn’t have the desired effect, Jahnvi realizes she needs a new strategy. She starts crying dramatically, pretending to be deeply worried about Prithvi. Deepika steps in and promises Jahnvi that she will convince Lavanya to agree to her and Prithvi’s marriage. She then approaches Lavanya, pleading with her to approve the marriage, emphasizing that Prithvi loves Jahnvi deeply and cannot live without her.
