Deepika expresses her frustration to Chirag, saying that for the first time, she feels like she doesn’t understand him and believes they’re no longer on the same team. Meanwhile, Manorama tries to comfort a tearful Shobha after hearing the news that Lavanya is arranging Prithvi’s engagement elsewhere. Jahnvi, furious, vows that Lavanya can’t simply discard her like this and plots revenge. Lavanya approaches Prithvi, who is also upset, and tells him to wash his face and prepare for the engagement. Prithvi laments that he can’t even cry without her permission in this house before walking to the washroom. Lavanya, on the other hand, justifies her actions, believing she’s doing it all for Prithvi’s better future as his mother.
Deepika continues to confront Chirag, telling him that he always does the right thing and thinks of everyone’s well-being, but this time, he hasn’t been able to convince his mother about Prithvi and Jahnvi’s wedding. Chirag responds by saying that even Deepika should step back because what’s happening is ultimately best for Prithvi. Overhearing their conversation, Prithvi assumes that Chirag also believes he’s not suitable for Jahnvi. Resigned, he agrees to go through with the engagement and walks towards the ceremony.
At the engagement, Lavanya prompts Prithvi to exchange rings with Nikita, and despite his reluctance, Prithvi completes the engagement. Lavanya then congratulates her business associates, and one of them thanks Lavanya and Omkar for bringing him into their family. Lavanya suggests that Prithvi take Nikita on a long drive and sends them off together, leaving Prithvi feeling trapped. Deepika tries one last time to persuade Lavanya to consider Prithvi’s happiness, but Lavanya sharply warns her to stay out of it, calling her a weed in the family garden that she’s eager to remove. Lavanya makes it clear that she’s protecting Prithvi from Deepika and her sister, unaware that Chirag is watching her insult Deepika.
Meanwhile, Jahnvi spots Prithvi driving with Nikita and begins to follow them. Feeling remorseful, Saloni confides in Payal, saying she regrets fighting with Prithvi and vows to stop arguing with him. Payal advises Saloni to treat Prithvi normally, acknowledging that he’s going through deep emotional pain. Back at the house, Omkar confronts Lavanya for forcing Prithvi into the engagement without considering his opinion. Lavanya insists she knows what she’s doing and refuses to listen to anyone, declaring that she will handle everything on her own. Neelima steps in, assuring Lavanya that she doesn’t need to bear the burden alone as long as she’s around. The family rallies around Lavanya, offering their support.
Deepika, however, refuses to back down, continuing to challenge Chirag for not standing by Prithvi. Chirag maintains that what happened is for the best, still haunted by Jahnvi’s past actions. Deepika argues that Prithvi loves Jahnvi deeply and that only he has the power to change Jahnvi’s life for the better. She continues to apply emotional pressure on Chirag, unwilling to give up on Prithvi’s happiness.
