Chirag takes baby girl Ladoo away, leaving Lavanya heartbroken. Omkar tries to console her, but Lavanya expresses her fear that if Chirag takes the baby, she will lose faith in both Thakur Ji and Chirag. Chirag feels thankful to Ladoo, believing that she saved him. However, Deepika feels that Chirag still needs to confront the situation and hopes he will one day accept his daughter. Lavanya worries that if Ladoo ends up in an orphanage, they will have no choice but to return her to Deepika.
Ashu and Neelima arrive home, informing Lavanya that Chirag had called them for help. Chirag then returns with Ladoo and asks Ashu and Neelima to prepare the paperwork for her adoption. Lavanya prays to Thakur Ji, preparing to name her granddaughter. Neelima is delighted with the arrangements for the naamkaran/naming ceremony. Lavanya contacts Shivani to confirm the auspicious time and sends clothes and bangles for the Kunti Pujan. Baldev visits Deepika and her daughter for the ritual. Both families prepare their babies for the ceremony.
Siddharth calls Deepika to apologize for not being able to attend the Kunti Pujan. During the ceremony, Lavanya gifts her granddaughter a silver item, while Shivani performs the rituals for Deepika and her daughter. Deepika thanks Shivani for her support. The families later gather at the temple for a puja. Lavanya instructs Pandit Ji to begin the ceremony. Both babies start crying, prompting their parents to take them inside. Chirag and Deepika cross paths at the temple, but Mishka diverts Chirag’s attention. Ashu and Neelima are angered by Mishka’s presence.
Deepika names her baby Chandni. When Chandni starts crying, Shivani takes her outside. Chirag hears the cries, takes the baby from Shivani, and calms her down. Lavanya is happy to see Chirag blessing Deepika’s child. Chirag then names the baby Ragini.
Lavanya gives Shivani extra money to care for Deepika and her child. Deepika sees this and feels betrayed by Shivani’s actions. Shivani tells Deepika to resolve matters with her parents, promising to explain later. Omkar tries to defend Deepika, but she refuses the money. Lavanya explains that her intentions were simply to ensure her granddaughter’s well-being and happiness. Deepika reveals her daughter’s name to Omkar and Lavanya. When Chirag sees his parents giving money to Deepika, he grows angry and accuses her, making unfounded allegations. Omkar, furious with Chirag’s behavior, declares that Deepika will return home with them, leaving no room for further discussion. Deepika tells Chirag that one day he will understand his mistakes.
