Bhagya Lakshmi 8th January 2025 Written Update

The episode begins with Kiran telling Neelam that she has left the reports on the bench and will go to bring them. Neelam says she will bring them instead. She heads to the reception, sees Lakshmi crying with her hands covering her face, and picks up the file from the table. Ayush and Rishi quickly follow Neelam. Neel suddenly falls. Rishi and Ayush ask the police inspector on the bike to catch the kidnapper. The inspector responds that they can’t accuse anyone without proof. Rishi urges the police to follow Neel. Neel gets on the bike and speeds away. Rishi and Ayush reach the car only to find it has a flat tire. Rishi says Neel must have punctured it. Neel gestures at them and escapes as the police give chase. Rishi says Neel has gotten away and vows not to let him run free since he tried to harm Lakshmi. Ayush reassures him that the police will catch him. Rishi agrees, saying he trusts the police. Ayush suggests they meet the doctor to check on Lakshmi. Rishi calls a mechanic.

Shalu finds Lakshmi while searching for Neel and wonders why she’s so worried. She asks what happened and if she has seen the reports. Lakshmi checks and says the reports were here. She asks Shalu to fetch some water. Shalu leaves, and Lakshmi continues searching for the file. The peon informs her that Neelam took the file. Lakshmi grows tense.

The doctor asks Malishka how long she’s been having cramps. Malishka replies, “For some time now.” Neelam arrives with the file. The doctor examines it and confirms one file belongs to Lakshmi. Malishka takes the file to examine it, but Neelam snatches it away and tells her to focus on her health rather than stressing about anything else. Kiran says they couldn’t care for Malishka. Neelam mentions that she received a call from the Rotary Club and leaves.

Rishi and Ayush arrive. Rishi asks Lakshmi why she seems so worried. Lakshmi responds that everything is fine and she has some work. Rishi insists that Lakshmi is hiding something from him.

Rano calls Shalu, expressing concern about Lakshmi. She asks if Lakshmi is okay. Shalu reassures her that Lakshmi is fine. Rano says she knows Lakshmi is strong, but there’s something wrong inside her. She mentions that Lakshmi didn’t want to take Rishi to the hospital, which means something is troubling her. Shalu becomes worried and tells Rano that she will call her back. She thinks Lakshmi is hiding something.

Rishi tells Ayush that Lakshmi might be hiding something because she thinks he’s with Malishka. Ayush suggests she might have asked the doctor not to tell them. Rishi agrees. He decides to confront the doctor to find out the truth. Kiran stops him, asking him to be with Malishka, as she needs him. Ayush says this is urgent. Kiran questions if her daughter isn’t important and reminds Rishi that no one cared for Malishka when Lakshmi was being apologized to after Malishka’s pregnancy. She says it’s Malishka’s third month now. Rishi assures her that he will meet Malishka but must first speak to the doctor as Lakshmi is hiding something from them. He leaves. Kiran grows upset.

As Rishi and Ayush head to the doctor’s office, Neelam stops them and asks if Neel has been caught. Rishi says no, but tells her that Neel came to harm Lakshmi.

Lakshmi arrives at the ward where Malishka is being examined. Kiran asks why she’s here. Lakshmi says she’s looking for Neelam. The doctor exits and congratulates Malishka. Lakshmi stops her and says she knows. She mentions that Dr. Sneha is looking for her. She asks how Malishka is doing. The doctor confirms she’s fine. Kiran asks the doctor not to tell Lakshmi anything about Malishka. The doctor agrees and leaves. Lakshmi then asks Kiran and Malishka about her report. Malishka says they don’t have it, that Neelam took it and wasn’t even looking at it properly. She adds that Neelam doesn’t care about Lakshmi. Lakshmi responds and leaves. Kiran comments that Lakshmi interrupted her words. Malishka remarks that Lakshmi was acting strangely, as if she was hiding something from them.

Anushka angrily confronts Neel for returning without harming Lakshmi. She says it was the biggest mistake of her life to marry him and expresses how much better her life was with Ayush. Neel promises he will kill Lakshmi within a week, swearing that Anushka will take revenge on Lakshmi.

Rishi tells Neelam that Neel and Anushka should be reported to the authorities. Neelam agrees that they need to file a complaint. Rishi says it was Lakshmi who exposed Neel and Anushka, confirming Shalu’s claims. Ayush adds that Neel is seeking revenge on Lakshmi. The doctor tells Malishka to relax, but Malishka says she won’t feel relaxed until she has Rishi and won’t be able to until Lakshmi is out of the picture.

Neelam hands Lakshmi’s report to Rishi, asking him to keep it safe. Lakshmi watches them quietly. Neelam urges Rishi to come with her to Malishka, saying she is worried. Lakshmi thinks, “What if Rishi finds out about my pregnancy?”
