Bhagya Lakshmi 5th January 2025 Written Update

The episode begins with Karishma asking why the police haven’t arrived yet. Lakshmi responds that she didn’t actually call the police; she only mentioned them to make sure she could go inside. She says that Anushka was misbehaving with everyone and saying a lot of things. Aanchal points out that Lakshmi used the police name just to scare her. Karishma insists that she will call the police. Lakshmi stops her and suggests that they should try talking to Anushka first, and perhaps she will leave on her own, avoiding the need for the police. Karishma argues that if Anushka had good intentions, she would have left already. She says that Anushka is only after money, not relationships. She insists that Anushka deserves to be punished for betraying Anushka. She warns that if she doesn’t leave, the police will have to force her out. Ayush decides to take matters into his own hands and goes to speak with her.

Ayush calls the police and requests that they come to Oberoi house, claiming it’s an emergency. Kiran’s friend asks why he called the police and if it’s the right decision. Neelam questions what’s wrong and says that if someone does wrong even after knowing everything, they must face the consequences. She adds that society has changed and people now take advantage of everything, twisting the meaning of love and family. Lakshmi agrees with Kiran’s friend, saying that Karishma aunty spoke the truth, and if Anushka had to leave, she would have done so by herself. She says Anushka has crossed all limits. Rishi joins the conversation and says that Anushka crossed the line when she tried to kidnap Shalu, and when Lakshmi was kidnapped, Anushka didn’t say anything and made them think she was at home. Lakshmi thanks Rishi for coming. Rishi responds that he had to. Malishka grows upset.

Ayush enters the room. Anushka says they have insulted her by saying such things and wonders how they can treat her like this. Ayush grabs her bag. Anushka asks if he’s planning to leave with Shalu and claims that she’s never seen such a shameless girl. Ayush tells her not to speak ill of Shalu or his family. Rishi says that now they understand Anushka’s true nature. He says they are good people, but she isn’t. Neelam declares that Anushka can’t act vulnerable anymore; everyone knows her truth. She calls her a bad woman, and says she won’t allow such evil to remain in their house. She emphasizes that their home is a temple, filled with love, trust, and honesty, and there’s no place for lies or betrayal. Malishka becomes tense.

Ayush tells Anushka that she never told him the truth when he asked her to. Anushka continues to deny any involvement with Neel, but Ayush tells her he knows the truth. He starts packing her clothes. Anushka tries to grab them, and she falls. She threatens to file a domestic violence case against him. Ayush responds that she sounds desperate and reminds her that the law treats everyone the same. He tells her she knows he didn’t harm her. Anushka challenges him, claiming she will win the case in court since there’s no proof. Shalu stands up for Ayush, saying nothing bad can happen to him, and reveals she has proof of what Anushka just said. Anushka mocks her, asking if she does this every day. Shalu firmly responds that no one can harm her Ayush. Ayush smiles in appreciation.

The servant enters and announces that the police have arrived. Shalu tells Anushka that she still has a chance to leave voluntarily, otherwise the police will take her to the station for her deceit. Anushka picks up her trolley and declares that the police are unnecessary and that she will leave on her own. Lakshmi says it’s for the best and tells the inspector to leave. The inspector walks away.

As Anushka leaves, she mutters that things won’t be that easy and that she will see everyone soon. She adds that she thought they would stand by her, but they all turned against her. Neelam replies that they were with her as long as she was right, but she cannot support someone who does wrong. Anushka then questions who decides what’s right or wrong. She accuses Dadi of causing the division, citing how she allowed Rishi to have two wives and treated son and daughter-in-law differently. Rishi cuts her off, saying that he has only one wife, and that’s Lakshmi. Ayush urges Anushka to leave. Anushka asks Lakshmi if she called the police. Kiran’s friend admits that Karishma called them. Anushka accuses Lakshmi of giving her the idea, curses her, and warns that something bad will happen to her. Ayush retorts that her curse won’t have any effect, as she is the one who is wrong.

Anushka asks what wrong she did, claiming that she has been here for many years and has a right to the property. Karishma questions what she’s saying. Anushka argues that she has served them for years and shouldn’t have to ask for anything in return. Shalu sharply tells Anushka that she has no manners and orders her to leave. Anushka asks with what right they are throwing her out, blaming Shalu for taking her husband. Shalu retorts, telling her to look at herself first. Rano tells Anushka to be quiet and says that if she were her daughter-in-law, she would have taken money from her for staying, eating, and clothing. Shalu repeats that Anushka should leave. Anushka says Shalu is wrong to think that Ayush belongs to her, as Ayush is hers, both physically and socially. She storms out. Lakshmi looks pained, and everyone becomes concerned. Neelam asks how she got injured. Lakshmi explains that Neel had attacked her with a knife. Rishi insists on taking her to the hospital, but Lakshmi worries about the doctor revealing her pregnancy.
