Bhagya Lakshmi 30th September 2024 Written Update
Dadi asks Lakshmi what the matter is, questioning if she is hiding something. Lakshmi starts to panic, then says she is not hiding anything, but wonders why Dadi is asking this. Dadi replies that she saw it in Lakshmi’s eyes and felt something was off. Just then, Paru comes running, calling for her mother, asking her to come quickly as Rohan is about to wake up. Dadi pats her, while Lakshmi questions why Paru is here instead of being with Rohan, who might need her. Paru explains that Rohan would ask about Lakshmi Maa, so she should be beside him. Lakshmi responds that she was just thinking of making his favorite dish for him. Paru praises her, saying she’s the best Maa and cares deeply for both of them. Lakshmi glances at Dadi, who agrees, saying the same thing—that Lakshmi is the best mother. With Paru also agreeing, Lakshmi leaves.
Aayush asks the doctor why he is speaking in such a manner when Neelam arrives, concerned, asking if everything is alright. The doctor reveals that Rohan has internal bleeding and must be admitted. Neelam, shocked, says he seemed fine earlier. Karishma, growing worried, asks if it’s a serious injury. Anoushka wonders aloud if Rohan could have hit his head. Neelam cuts her off, saying it’s not the time to discuss it. Neelam urges Aayush to quickly take Rohan to the hospital. Aayush picks Rohan up and rushes towards the garage. Meanwhile, Malishka starts searching for Rishi, informing him that Rohan has been taken to the hospital in a serious condition. She insists that she was right to blame Lakshmi, adding that if anything happens to Rohan, she won’t spare her. Rishi, however, accuses her of not truly caring about Rohan, noting that while the child is on his way to the hospital, she’s more concerned with arguing. Malishka snaps back, saying Rishi always speaks out of time.
In the kitchen, Lakshmi is working when Paru approaches, crying. Concerned, Lakshmi asks why she’s upset, wondering if Malishka has done something to her. Paru assures her that Malishka did nothing, but reveals that Rohan is unwell and has been taken to the hospital. Hearing this, Lakshmi rushes out with Paru.
At the hospital, Rishi and the family push Rohan’s stretcher as they are told to wait outside. Karishma, confused, wonders what’s happening, as everything seemed fine earlier. Neelam prays for Rohan’s recovery, and Aanchal tries to reassure her that nothing bad will happen. Neelam, however, remains tense. Dadi chides Karishma for her negative remarks, but Karishma blames the misfortune on someone in their home. Anoushka points fingers at Lakshmi, but Neelam firmly tells them all not to mention her name. Rishi defends Lakshmi, asking why they are blaming her. Neelam questions if Rishi is Rohan’s father and if he cares for the child as much as he claims. Rishi insists that Lakshmi would never do anything wrong, but they remain unconvinced. Malishka brings up the dust on Rohan’s shirt, suggesting it proves something, but Rishi dismisses it as an accident. Karishma argues that they can’t just wait for accidents to happen, but Rishi maintains that if anyone knew an accident was coming, they would prevent it. As tensions rise, Dadi stands by Rishi, asking why everyone is against him when he’s simply defending Lakshmi. Neelam tries to silence Aanchal, believing Rishi won’t listen because he’s unaware of what really happened. Rishi asserts he knows exactly what transpired, and Aayush pulls him aside.
A nurse arrives, asking for Rohan’s father, as they need a blood donation. She also inquires about his mother. Malishka steps forward, but when asked to donate, she reveals her blood type isn’t O-positive. The nurse suggests a test, but Malishka refuses, leading Neelam to disclose that Rohan is adopted. Malishka clarifies that she and Rishi adopted him. Lakshmi is taken aback by this revelation. Neelam mentions that they’ll arrange the needed blood from a blood bank. Despite the crisis, Malishka still blames Lakshmi, prompting Dadi to demand silence, urging them all to take a breath. Neelam wishes she could stop Dadi from supporting Lakshmi, but Dadi, too, says she just hopes everything gets resolved soon. Anoushka laments the state of their family, believing Lakshmi has bewitched them, as both Rishi and Dadi seem to take her side.
Meanwhile, Lakshmi sits with Paru, who innocently asks what it means to be adopted, mentioning Malishka’s claim about Rohan. Lakshmi kneels in front of her, trying to explain that adopted children are very lucky because they have two sets of parents. Paru, thinking aloud, says that must mean she’s adopted too since she has two mothers. Lakshmi is confused until Paru explains that she could call Pretty Auntie “mom” as well. Lakshmi gently tells Paru not to mention this to Rohan, but Paru insists that he already knows since he calls Lakshmi “mom” and his birth mother “mom” too. Lakshmi, touched, remarks that in that case, he has three mothers. Paru jokingly requests another mom for herself, and Lakshmi hugs her tightly, emotionally reflecting on when Rohan would call her “Lakshmi mom.”
Rishi, feeling frustrated, vents to Aayush about how the family keeps blaming Lakshmi for everything. Aayush encourages him to calm down and not engage in any arguments, reminding him that everyone is stressed because they love Rohan. He suggests that once Rohan is better, they can sort everything out. Rishi agrees but expresses concern for Lakshmi, who must be feeling isolated. He decides to call her.
Lakshmi, meanwhile, stops the nurse, asking if the blood has been arranged. The nurse explains that the blood bank is still looking for a match. Lakshmi offers to donate her blood, and the nurse, surprised, asks if she’s Rohan’s mother.
Rishi tries to reach Lakshmi but can’t get through. Aayush attempts to comfort Anoushka, who is panicking. Rishi asks if Rohan is alright, and Anoushka, distressed, says he has lost a lot of blood, and they need to find a match soon. As they leave to continue their search, Aayush stays behind, trying to calm Rishi down.
Paru approaches the nurse, clarifying that Lakshmi isn’t Rohan’s birth mother but is still his “Maa.” Lakshmi explains that her blood group matches Rohan’s and that since he considers her his mother, she is, in every way that matters, his mother. The nurse, taken aback, nods in understanding, while Lakshmi stands, filled with emotion.
