Shalu sits beside Lakshmi, who is crying uncontrollably. Shalu brings her water and gently asks her to calm down, but Lakshmi doesn’t listen and continues to sob. She says she never thought he would do this to her, that he has deceived her. Lakshmi explains that he is not the person he claims to be and always does things that are not normal. He has humiliated her again, and she feels heartbroken. Lakshmi hugs Shalu tightly as she continues to cry. She asks why he did this to her. Shalu, trying to console her, tells her not to cry for someone who doesn’t care for her. Lakshmi starts blaming herself, saying she didn’t realize the deception earlier, but still accepted him and trusted him. She feels it’s her fault. Shalu tells her it was her fault for trusting him and apologizes, saying that she used to defend him, believing he had a pure heart, but she was wrong. Shalu promises that enough is enough, and she will teach him a lesson.

The guests are enjoying themselves when Kiran approaches them, apologizing for cutting the party short. She goes to Neelam and says she ended the party because of Mummy Ji, the elder, who doesn’t seem to understand what’s wrong. Neelam replies that she doesn’t know anything either. Rishi rushes downstairs, asking Aanchal if she has seen Lakshmi, but she hasn’t. He then goes to Karishma and asks his mother where Lakshmi is, saying he saw her with Malishka. Neelam responds that there’s no problem if Lakshmi has seen them together. Karishma suggests that Rishi shouldn’t give Lakshmi so much importance and should scold her. Aayush intervenes, asking them to listen to Rishi, saying they shouldn’t manipulate him. Karishma asks Aayush if he will say it again, but Aayush replies that he is just saying they should let Rishi talk and listen to him. Neelam asks why Aayush is speaking for Rishi, and Aayush clarifies that he’s just speaking up for his brother. Rishi stops Aayush, asking if anyone knows where Lakshmi is. He sees Shalu and rushes to her, pleading that she should trust him, claiming he is innocent. Shalu asks if he is still going to deny it, and Rishi calls out for Lakshmi. Dadi, furious, tells him not to even mention Lakshmi’s name, as he has lost that right. She says Rishi has betrayed her trust, and she never expected this from him. Neelam steps in, asking what Mummy Ji is talking about, pointing out that Rishi is married to Malishka, and they are a couple. If Rishi made a mistake, it’s because he should have kept things in order.

Aanchal responds that it’s not a big mistake for them to be scolding him. Malishka enters and asks if the party has ended. Dadi confronts her, asking what she thought, that everyone would praise her for being with Rishi. Malishka asks what crime they have committed since they are husband and wife. She says if they were together in a room, there’s nothing wrong with it, and Dadi should be happy they are strengthening their relationship while Rishi has never been committed to Lakshmi. Shalu, now understanding that Rishi has deceived Lakshmi, tells him she never thought he could do something like this. Rishi tries to deny it, but Shalu says she can no longer defend him. Rishi pleads for a chance to explain, but Lakshmi interrupts, saying he has not only broken her heart but taken away her reason to live. She walks away, and Aanchal tries to stop Rishi, who wants to talk to Lakshmi. Shalu asks what else Rishi needs to say to Lakshmi after everything that has happened. Rishi insists he is innocent, but Shalu says how can he claim innocence after being in the room with Malishka. Rishi begs for a chance to speak with Lakshmi, following her, while everyone else follows behind. Kiran and Malishka share a knowing smile, and Abhay asks Kiran if this was all planned. Kiran, with a sly look, says she will explain everything to him and asks him to follow her.

Lakshmi, walking alone on the road, recalls seeing Rishi on the bed with Malishka and his words, expressing how he felt like Bhagwan had taken everything from him, including the will to live. He had asked her to promise not to leave him. Unable to control her emotions, Lakshmi sits on the road, recalling the moments they spent together. She says she can’t bear it anymore, feeling suffocated and unsure of what to do next. She remembers the night Rishi promised that he would never give her a reason to doubt him. He said he would always think of her, even when life became difficult. He admitted he had made mistakes but assured her that if he ever did, he would explain everything to her, ensuring there was no misunderstanding between them. He promised to always be honest. Lakshmi, overcome with emotion, stands and starts running, wiping away her tears. People around her try to stop her, with one person calling her Bhabhi.

Rishi enters the Oberoi mansion, desperately searching for Lakshmi. Anoushka calls out to him, asking if he has seen Lakshmi, but he replies that he can’t find her. Neelam tells him that she left before they did, and Anoushka says she hasn’t come here. Karishma wonders where she could be, while Malishka, unfazed, says this is just what Lakshmi does. Dadi warns Malishka not to act innocent because she knows exactly what mistake she has made. Shalu also arrives, calling for her sister, and Malishka snarkily says that Shalu would know what happened since Lakshmi tells her everything. Malishka dismisses the situation, saying it’s no big deal since she’s with her own husband, not a stranger. Dadi retorts that Malishka is with someone else’s husband, as Lakshmi is still Rishi’s wife. Malishka asks what Dadi is implying, and Dadi replies that it’s the truth. Shalu, joining in, says that the court ruled that Rishi and Lakshmi are still husband and wife. Malishka responds with a sneer, suggesting that Shalu check their room for the truth. Rishi, still frantic, runs down and says he has been unable to find Lakshmi anywhere in the house. Dadi tells him to calm down, but Rishi is restless. Aanchal adds that Lakshmi might return, or perhaps she has gone somewhere else. Karishma suggests that Lakshmi might have gone to her aunt’s house. Rishi, still concerned, prepares to call Lakshmi, but Shalu urges him to let her be at peace. Rishi insists that he is just worried and needs to contact Lakshmi. Meanwhile, Malishka is seething with anger.
